yea its just the way I'm playing to be honest, I dont use mods on this account except the ones that are lore friendly but I set up outpost on each planet for drug making and I just do missions throughout the exploring.

its the one you get if you do the Trackers Alliance mission for the Vulture and defeat him. I forgot how much it cost to buy from the game store cause its an add on to have Trackers Alliance.

yea you need to advance more in your ship skills levels., its one for locking on to ships that will help you out.
