Well, the Fossil record doesn't exist for evolution and claims on such things as the Piltdown man, Nebraska Man, Lucy and others have been shown to be either frauds or wild conjectures based on very few bones. The Comparative Embryology by Haeckel was a known fraud right from the beginning; from taking embryos from different developmental stages to changing the drawings to try and emphasize similarities that weren't there to claims on body parts that had nothing in common with different species while in development. Homology is not an indication of evolution. It's just a design that is efficient. As for DNA, the claim of apes and humans being 99.5% the same has now dropped to something like 80% because the methodology used was a pick and match system from different areas of the DNA. Even Chinese scientists are rejecting this tree of Life scenario from Darwinian Evolution and describing life as a forest. While Evolutionist want to claim that this theory is real, there is less and less evidence supporting it. From the problems inherent in Origin of Life chemical issues to the fact that no one has actually found any fossils supporting it. It's time to go back to the drawing board as this theory requires more blind faith than anything else.

Good, but a couple nitpicks. 1) At 3.14 on screen (and read I think a few seconds earlier) it says that all life on Earth has genetic sequences we share. That is ambiguous, and could be taken to refer to the entire genetic sequences of genomes. Better would have been adding "some" to qualify it ("All life on Earth has some genetic sequences we share") 2) And around the same point, there is a grammatical error. It asks, "What could us humans have ...". That should be "we". "What could we humans have ..."

No matter how much they want to wish it away, evolutionists still cannot eliminate the brute fact that intelligent design is precisely one of the two possible causes for structures in the universe. Given any physical structure, including DNA, it is either designed, or formed via natural causes. Evolutionists are so desperate to cling to thier failed theory they intentionally lie to the public that design is not a scientific fact. Why trick people into rejecting design 'a priori' when evolution can simply be proven? Because of course Evolution cannot be proven scientifically but must be accepted as a Mythos through which state it is interpreted. Yet, evolutionists are so bad at philosophy and logic that they do not even comprehend they have undermined their own scientific claim! Anyone who claims that the fact of design is not possible has already undermined the scientific underpinnings of evolution because they have made evolution into a claim that cannot be disproved. One of the many reasons the failed science of evolutionary theory has perpetuated so long is exactly because of ideologues who dismiss criticism with the ad hominem fallacy that critics "don't understand evolution". Evolutionists have held back science for decades by calling the metadata in DNA "junk DNA" and completely ignoring the information that was right in front of us the entire time. That's how severely dangerous the evolutionary theory is to real scientific progress. But by understanding DNA from an intelligent design framework science has come to understand that the "junk DNA" is actually metadata that controls the expressions of genes. There is no incorrect theory that is merely neutral; it inherently harms the advancement of science when a theory is wrong but people adhere to it out of social fear and group-think, like they do with evolution. Darwin himself is the one who first suggested irreducible complexity as a method to disprove his theory.
