so if I am a limited partner on a large commercial deal where cost segregation is used can I use that expense amount against my income on the deal even though I am not a qualified real estate professional?

Are foreign investors included under the definition of accredited investors under regulation D, SEC?
I'm not sure if being a foreign investor impacts the requirements. I'm pretty sure you would still need to meet the income or net worth requirements. Thanks for the question!
