Can you please tell us name of the molds you are using. Thanks
Hi, She used IOD moulds Trimmings 2 and Olive Crest on this project.
What powder are you using thanks
I'm using a product I created called Matted & Tattered, I use it to make my own chalk and texture paint. You can find info about it here: www.willowandfink.com.au/matte-minerals

Thank you for stopping by :-)
Can you Please tell us which molds you used? Please
Hi, I used a mixture of IOD and Re-Design by Prima. They were the Trimmings moulds and Olive Crest from memory.
Sublime
Thank you. I'm happy that you like it.
Are your molds wood or clay?
I make my own paperclay, and the moulds used in this project were made from that.
Love your work, what is mattered and tattered please?
Thank you, I'm happy to hear you love my work :-) Mattered and Tattered is a chalk based powder I created that I add to store bought paint to create my own chalkpaint and texture paint. You can find it on my website: www.willowandfink.com.au
So beautiful ❤❤
Thank you! 😊
So stunning 😍 I love all of your paint finishes ❤
Thank you, I'm so happy to hear that. You have made my day <3
Your video is very helpful❤❤
I'm happy that you found it helpful.
@@WillowandFink thank you❤❤
This is gorgeous, and so is the music. Many artists create with music in their videos and you've done a beautiful job with this.
Thank you for your lovely comment. I find choosing music the hardest bit :-)
I really loved how this turned out. You've given me some really great ideas for making my own trim pieces for projects I'm doing. Might I ask what piece of music you were playing? I really enjoyed it. Thanks and amazing end results. 💖😍
I'm glad you liked my video and it inspired you to make your own trims. The music used was provided by UA-cam and it was called: Josef Suk, Serenade, Op 6.
Pls share wht material is used
I use joint compound when raised stencilling.
Chic
Thank you.
❤
Thank you.
Turned out nice, but the background music was horrible. If I wasn’t curious how it turned out, I would have skipped it! Sorry
Thank you. I always struggle choosing the music.
Very nice piece. The music wasn't that bad and certainly is not a reason to not like or subscribe. ❤😊
Thank you. Choosing the music is always tricky.
Благодарю! Очень красиво! А кому музыка не нравится, отключайте звук!
Thank you very much. I'm glad you like my art :-)
Stop dicking the dog. Too long even at double speed!
Beautiful!
Thank you! <3
😲OMG TRULY AMAZING 🎶 MUSIC* GREAT ART TO.🌺
Thank you! I'm glad you like it <3
I love how it turned out 😍❤
Thank you. I'm pretty chuffed with it too. 🙂
What kind of paint did you use?
I used an All in One Mineral Paint.
Love this. have just come across it. Have you done the follow up video has i can not find it,? Would love to see how you painted it and what paints you used Will be having a go. Thank you.
I used your method n it is amazing n so easy, thanks 😊
You are very welcome. I'm glad I could help :-)
Que massa dura
If I was to try this technique I believe I would use paint and chalk powder.
Yes, that would work.
These comments are distracting me!
I hope in a good way :-)
Great info.....awful music!
Hi Vanessa, yes I've had that comment before, my music choices are a bit hit and miss :-D
The music was beautiful too!
Thank you <3 I'm glad you liked it, I always find it hard choosing the music :-)
With the upmost respect to you and your obvious talent I feel that I must emphasize that I much prefer the use of voice-over technology as opposed to music playing. I very much want to learn from you, so what I need from you most is your voice and direction. I appreciate that you are taking the time to hold up products as you are about to use them, however for those of us who are vision impaired, the added step of including them with attached links into a Product List within the Comments section makes crafting that much easier. 😅 As well, having access to the Transcript is a wonderful help for a multitude of reasons. With many thanks, Julie Canada
Hi Julie, Thank you for your comments. I'm still learning the ways of UA-cam, but have thought about the points you mentioned, so I have started talking in my newer videos. I'm not sure my accent will be appreciated though :-D I do not stock some of the products I use, but have considered adding links to the items I do, and direct where to buy for the products I don't. I will look into the transcript idea. I hope you are enjoying your crafting journey, and thank you for watching my videos. <3 Naomi.
Oh ! One last request … Can you include a transcript as well ? Thanks once again !
Thanks Julie, As per my previous reply, I'll look into it. <3 Naomi.
Horrible music!
Hi Brenda, thank you for your comment. It can be a bit tricky getting the music right sometimes :-)
Super!!!!!!! ❤❤❤❤
Thank you.
Do you seal the finished piece to make it more durable against knocks wear and tear?
Hi, yes I do. Generally with a spray sealer as a brush on can make the napkins wrinkle.
Amazing 😍 work 👍 maam keep sharing ❤️
Thank you, I will
Love your technique i am a beginner would like to know what are you spraying is it water? Also please what is the powder you mixed with the color
Hello, Yes it is water that I use to help move the paint and stop it from setting too soon. The powder would have been a product I created called Matte Minerals that I use to create my own chalk paint. I have since improved the recipe and rebranded to be called Matted and Tattered. Good luck with your creative journey :-)
@@WillowandFink thank you so much for your help 🙏
I love this ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you. I'm glad you liked it.
Hello from The Netherlands, i really enjoyed watching you create this wonderful piece. If i may ask, did you used a kind of structurepaste for creating the raised stencil? I,m excited to try this sometime but i don,t know what product to use. Greetings❤
Hello, thank you for your question and I'm happy you liked my video. I used joint compound (I think it is called gezamenlijke verbinding in Dutch) to create the raised stencil, you can buy it from any home renovation store. Cheers, Naomi.
Great tip!!
Glad it was helpful!
Okay, this popped up in my feed, I'm not a subscriber. What are you putting into the mould? Butter? Plaster? Cakes frosting? Metal clay? What will you do with it once it's out of the mould?
Hello, good question. I've updated the title, but it's paper-clay, and once dried can be used for art or furniture.
Very interesting technique. I will definitely try it! Thanks for sharing ❤
Thank you, I'm happy you like it.
Love this.
Thank you, I'm glad you like it.
Beautiful😊
Thank you.
Very happy to find this video.. I’ve been searching for a practical way to update old stretch canvases. You layer colors and accents like a pro! So you have other similar videos? 🌻
Thank you, yes, I have a few other videos, and will be making more in the future.
Why add up so many colour layers
It adds depth and patina
Instead of the music it would’ve been nice for you to explain what you’re doing, your process, and materials and ratios of products used.
I'm trying different things, in some videos I talk and in some there is just music
But this one really needed a voice. The speed was so very fast that it started to look like you were flipping in & out between different stencils. I could not focus because of the exceptionally high speed along with the music. So, unfortunately I was unable to learn anything from you.😢 A voice over for this video (and all, hopefully) would be so appreciated 😊 Please understand, this comment is in no way a criticism. I very much so, want to learn from you ! You do incredible work. I hope you take these requests into consideration as I would indeed race back to this video again in a heart beat if you re-posted it with voice over. Sincerely, Julie Canada
The art piece is beautiful, a lot of time and energy was taken to Make it, for us to enjoy. Thank so much😊❤
LOVING this! tyfs
You're welcome Maria, I'm so glad you love my art :-)
@@WillowandFink ...we really are!🥰🥰
Wow music didn’t bother me at all!! Loved this! With the stencil do you pull up stencil while wet or wait til dry?
Hi Kori, Thank you, I ended up changing the music to what it is now as I had so many complaints :-) When pulling up the stencil you do it while it is still wet, so pretty much as soon as you have finished laying down the putty, you lift. Cheers, Naomi.
@@WillowandFink thank you so much!
Beautiful thank you 😊
Thank you, I'm glad you like my art. :-)
