You are forgetting to add on the cost of DBA with stackers and Nayax or Kiosoft although I am wondering with how the Mega's drop money into a container if I need stackers. I got 8 I should be getting soon. Literally getting 3 megas for the price of one extreme mini now. If I love them as much as you I will probably order 16 or more early in 2025. What radius is all our machines in?

I went a different path, since I'm outside the US, here its cheapper for me to buuld my own. I designed everything in Fusion and built mine similarly to the ones from china, they look almost the same but in mdf. I spent a lot less this way. But I had to go this way, dollar rates and taxes in my country are crazy, each mini would cost me around 3k dollars to import. I'm going to install my first one today!

In my opinion I think claw machines glass should be replaced with thick plastic plexi glass same ones as the mini gumball machines sheets as I believe they are shatter proof but glass can break easily

I find these things really giving the feeling of being scammed if they always miss in the same spot. As a player you just get the feeling it's rigged. And ofc it is, but you don't want to have that feeling when playing.

How many locations do you have to go to in order to land one in your experience?

The only thing i think you are missing is shipping cost. Even ordering in the US, shipping can be over $300, depending on how many machines you order at a time.
