    I think the correct method is they march in place and you count the right knee raises that are at least to the marked height.

    Hello, Hope this finds you well. Thought you'd want to know that this "Exercise Test for Lower Body Strength" was added to the "Exercise Self-Assessment tests" group of videos, and it's the same as the "30 Second chair test for lower body strength". Maybe you did this intentionally? Or maybe you didn't realize the videos (#2 & # 4) were redundant because of the name difference? Be well

    minor suggestion: try not to wear same color as your background. It makes it difficult to see the movement you're trying to demonstrate when your shirt is the same color as the wall behind you. Thank you for the content

      Hi Cheryl, thank you for your comment. You should be fine with these exercises, in fact I have many clients with various forms of arthritis and the best thing you can do is to get your body moving. Start slow, and do only what you can do. Try and get your body moving every day and this would be great for your overall health as well as losing weight too. All the best, Heath

      In this case the movement is not under load so there’s minimal chance of injury. Our spine is designed to be moved in all directions, forward, backwards and even twisting. If we practice exercises such as this in a controlled way it will minimise the chance of injury in normal every day life.
