Thank you for showing this land. One suggestion I would make to landowners and real estate agents in Kigali is be realistic about how much you sale properties in Rwanda. With , 400,000 USD someone can get 10 hectares of land in America. I know there is not a lot of land in Kigali and the prices can be big but you guys exaggerate everything therefore scaring potential investors. a 1200 sqm land in Kigali is not worth more than $20k - $30,000. There is not a single person in Rwanda with capital purchase power to buy a 1200sqm land for $400,000. This is simply crazy. You guys need to be realistic and sale land for reasonable pricing so that the beautiful Kigali can develop faster and can attract foreign investment. I was in Kigali recently and most large house in Nyarutarama are empty. Their owner have been trying to sale them for years. You cannot sale such a small plot for such a large amount of money. There is no where in the whole world where you would expect that. Even in New York city, you can buy 10 times the size of land for that amount. You guys need to be practical and real!!!
