Human beings have physical as well as spiritual needs. Physical needs are fulfilled with the food we eat. If we eat healthy food, we stay healthy and vice versa. Similarly, we have spiritual nourishment needs. If the nourishment of soul is healthy, we are happy, content, emotionally and psychologically stronger. But if the nourishment to soul is lacking or we feed it with junk, it get weaker and we face psychological and emotional issue.
