Great group of Advisors and Managers to work with. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
I’m having a hard time putting Apple car plate on my Nissan Murano sl 2019
why won’t my speed limit sign / tsr work it’s grayed out
How is back up camera
I’m having trouble understanding the lights on my 2020 Rogue. I have no dashboard lights or the icons don’t illuminate after dark. What am I doing wrong?
It is 2020 or 2022?
Nice,Should have bought one of these instead of my Accord
That’s role reversal because I was about to purchase the accord instead I gotten the Rogue very fuel efficient plus I love the high ground ride
GOOD REVIEW & GREAT CAR.

Service had gone downhill. Appointment for engine recall was made by telephone call in April. Told them I would wait for the car. I took off of work showed up on time and was told by the service advisor that the car had to be left for 4 days to do the recall since they had 50 cars in the lot needing the same recall. Hyundai noted that if no problem was found the recall would take one hour. Person refused to work me in that day, even though my appointment clearly showed I was going to wait. I was told that the person booking my car obviously made an error in accepting a wait for car appointment. I told the Service Advisor that I would take it to a different dealer. The advisor told me to make a new appointment with him since no other dealer in the St. Louis area would provide a wait appointment for the recall check. I ended up calling the Dean Team in West County, got a wait appointment two weeks later in May. Brought the car in there and with no problem found, the entire experience from arrival to departure took 50 minutes. Went today for an oil change and filter along with a tire rotation. I typically have always done my oil changes on a walk in basis. I was asked if I had an appointment and said no but I had time to wait. Person said no time was available today. I was offered the ability to make an appointment. I said I'd come back a different day since my work schedule is variable. Left the dealership called to see if I could get in today. Was told no openings till the end of June or early July. I asked whether they were still doing walk in service and was told they do no walk in express oil change service anymore. I had no notification from the dealer they were ending that practice. If I had known I would have scheduled an appointment earlier. I asked the person on the phone about my lifetime engine and drive train warranty that was promised if I did my oil changes and tire rotations were done there. I told the person handling my call that I didn't want that warranty to expire since there were mileage limit restrictions between oil changes and I was afraid I might exceed that since no appointment was available in the coming two weeks. Person handling my call said she knew nothing about the warranty and how many miles more I could drive without losing it. She said she would have to transfer me to service. Phone rang and no one answered other than voice mail. I had just been in there 5 minutes earlier and there was an advisor sitting at every desk with no customers in the area. At that point I hung up, went online with my cell phone and found an open appointment two days later. I made that appointment and we will see if they honor it. Not sure what is going on there but there seems to be major gaps in communications between this dealership and their customers. I cannot recommend them for future car purchases or for their service facility.
I just got this .. step up from my SL.
Congrats! Yes, Maximas are like a whole different car from the Midnight SR trim level and up. Last month I got a 2018 Maxima Midnight SR in the same grey with black rims shown here. I've never driven a car that gives me the feels like this car does. It's plenty fast, drives beautifully and looks gorgeous inside and out. Personally I think they're the best looking sport sedan I've ever seen.
like SENTRA

Wasn't this guy in the American Pie movies?
Who is this stud muffin?
I was in the market for a new Nissan Altima for nearly 2 yrs. I knew I was going to buy from Suntrup for a variety of reasons, but it's always the salesperson that can make or break a sale. Kelly has an arsenal of traits that move you through the sale process, at my speed, to ensure that my new purchase would later drive me to want to share what an amazing experience I had with her professionalism. She is thorough and has always been there for me even after the sale. I am not sure how she does it, but she has never made me feel like I needed to take a number and sit down.
