(I will never read a reply) An ARMY of poker shills came into your comments here, classic damage control. This is just the state of online poker. People fail to realize that if you look up the history of online poker, every single site got caught scamming around the time 'Poker Black Friday'. ACR got caught having a 10 year long site hosted bot ring recently. Ignition and Bovada (same site) block seeing user IDs so people can't remember the bot names. Every single site has the same formula. The huge fish suck out on you, take your stack... and then the house bot takes the fishes stack. Then they get 2 more deposits instead of 1. 100% increased profits. You will never under any circumstance crack a fish long term on any poker site. There's just too much money involved and they have no oversight. For those wondering as well, the only thing a poker site has to 'verify' is that their shuffle can be completely random. After that, nothing. This means they can legally shuffle the deck until they have the right cards to give every player at the table.
i think its rigged but in a different way. i think the sites cater more towards rec/fun players who consistently lose money and they have a classification system for recs/pros and if your on the pro side of that classification you get the worse seat at the table always next to the chip leader of the table if not entire trny and hes usually a brand new guy with less then a year on the site and for the next 5 hours hes the only one who is dealt ALL the winning hands. i can sit in a trny for 6 hours and the only reason im still in is because i executed 100 successfull bluffs and have not made ONE decent hand, meanwhile joeblow to my right is making AA KK every other hand like itss water from a tap. I been 2 outtered and 1 outtered for a year now but im used to this after about a year they let you get hands for a month or so and you go on a heater where you just hold and win back some of the money you lost the past year which is like saving 50k for the year or something. if online poker is rigged (and it is) i am living proof of it. i dare any1 to play my last 250k hands and tell me im not getting 1 outtered a lot more then usual
wtf am I missing? He ended up w 2 pair which a straight still beats… right?? Either way he bluffed in position which was a good bluff at a bad time imo
It's not rigged here. But this isn't a lot of money. Imagine when playing these stakes that everyone's range starts at 72o because nobody cares about this kind of money. It was just a suck out. Happens in live poker too. Just not as frequent. But that 3% will hit when these people play it.
bovada is a scam, i just played a hand POCKET aces, player 4 raises me 4.67$ i reraised 9$ i had aces, he has K5 OFF SUIT, turn is 4 5 6. i go all in 56$ he calls and hits a 5 on the turn.
All the sites are definitely rigged nowadays, it’s all finished. I played for a while and every time I would deposit I would win a certain amount and then there was an invisible cap and I would start losing with ridiculous bad beats to quads and straight flushes. it’s set up to make you feel addicted and keep depositing. If you choose not to believe me then deposit at your own peril.
@@funkfarmer7125 apples and oranges. When you play online at 1/2 or 2/5 the table is almost all pro online. Live is full of goofs at those limits thus making ok players have a chance when online they have no shot over a week's time. Crying rigged is sad. MGM and Stars for MI, NJ, and PA are all regulated by our states and we are pooled together (all 3 states). Tough games at those limits.
Also would like to note that they limped at first the other person raised seven they may have hoped for a fold. You could have called and hit a straight and youd of won that hand if it was rigged for the 23 theyd of dominated you as well
23 off can be a winning hand you dont know the persons mental state at the time they made the move. Could of been tilting. They could just be a gambler who has money to blow…
This is a bad representation of why the site is rigged. However I do believe it is rigged. I have noticed patterns that have repeated. And have been accurately predicting when I will start to run bad. On most websites what I have noticed is they let you win in the beginning. Meaning the first day you deposit. Or the second day. Sometimes they have you lose a little the first day then run good the second day. This may not apply to someone who plays micro stakes and only plays a very small% of their deposit. They don’t mind paying people small amounts to maintain the integrity. They need some people to win to make the site seem legit. But if you are like me and play medium stakes like 100-500$ buy ins and only deposit what I intend to play for the day then they don’t want you to win significantly more than you buy in for. They will let you win maybe a few thousand dollars. Knowing you probably won’t try to cash that out and leave. But if you stay in the site and come back the next day to play they will turn on the cold deck. And you can win any pots. Always one upped. Bluffs no longer going through. People are calling you every time. You are no longer making any sets. Not getting any action with big hands. Essentially they make it so you can win regardless of what you do. And they hide this by saying it’s variance knowing you don’t have the sample size to prove it. But I do. I have second guessed myself many times. Because I don’t want it to be rigged. I should be winning and I want to win. I want it to not be rigged. However it just is rigged. I have noticed the same thing so many times that I am able to predict the inevitable cold deck. I have experienced the same pattern hundreds of times over the years. Simple they let you win at the start but not enough to want to cash out. And then they make it so you lose constantly. And then once they got you for several thousand and haven’t played in a while. You magically start running good when you come back. And it feels like you can actually win. And you do. But only for one day. Then it’s back to losing everything.
Its for sure rigged. Ive gotten rivered quads over set several times, straight flush over nut flush a few times, back door straight or flush over set several times, and ran every overpair into underpair sets more times than I can count in less than a week. It is rigged for action and bigger pots to take more rake. Idk if they have cheating bots or favored players but having it not be anonymous would be huge for tracking who is making these stupid plays that pay off 100% of the time. I know I'm not the best at poker but im a winning player at plenty of tables and variance cant possibly explain the massive amount of bad beats only happening to me from one source.
Wtf are you complaining about? You won with a straight. This proves online poker can be very profitable if people phuck off their money to people who have the nuts. You're a donk if you fold a straight on the flop.

Easiest way to reconcile being a losing player is to call it rigged. Sad
I've been a winning player IRL for 20 years. Anyone who says online isn't rigged is a single digit IQ.
