Demonstrates how recorded interviews of suspects has proved to be essential...
The way the world used to look back when , now 2024 many miss eating around a table with family ,because we are oldies now groan x
great .Cherie ,s face is priceless in the last senses of the desert enjoyed watching this x
The character of Bernice Bradshaw is very good. Was she in 9 To 5? Tate Donovan smoking hot. Were Marc and Frances incestuously involved?
Note the set design for the interview included a picture of the former Israeli General Moshe Dayan. Yet another jibe against Israel - the UNHCR DOES NOT CARE ONE BIT FOR ISRAEL.
scary worrying and down right wrong that people don't even bother to check outside when one hears someone screaming for help etc the attitude oh its not my problem is wide spread don't get involved etc but say its you who are crying for help ?
brilliant dark comedy ,if we are truly honest looking after very old people is not fun at all , the body is doing things that are highly unpleasant plus old people can and do look scary , i should know , i look after 90 yr old mum with no help , its hard because she is not my mum really anymore ,i am her mum its heart-breaking really x
Sicko's
I had never heard of this movie. I saw the other movie about this car that starred Stephanie Powers but this one is much better
never thought much of the idea of school reunions ,people coming back to see how good or bad your life turned out / great to see old 1970s fashions cars etc not a mobile in sight ,we still manged to talk without AI TECH and killing the planet etc x
Many of us who were young in the 1970s when this was made are of a similar age now and living like this and in a time and world 2024 we thought we would never see or experience ,a lot are alone in rooms with computers but detached as everything has closed down ,even the young are suffering more loneliness depression mental disorders etc /shocking what's happened /great drama sad x
Anyone catch a very young Pauline Quirke as the cashier ?
most people will go through this ,having to lose loved ones ,takes pieces out of you the more you lose // you don't get over it ,you learn to live with all the pain loneliness etc brilliant drama
love to see the world we lost back then, people were more outgoing friendlier ,would get a good morning ,now 2024 people are more disconnected physically ,morally and a host of other things we lost through AI TEC and progress ? yeah we can speak to the ends of the earth but at what cost to the planet animals humans etc does anyone else agree ? or is it just my age talking x Thanks so much for putting these gold dramas on ,their history now x
A story about a sick man.
wow the world back then eh in the 1970s i remember it well ,human contact has been lost shops have closed ,pubs ,clubs, meeting places /2024 most are alone indoors on a computer in different rooms //yeah we lost human contact all right //really upsetting Thanks for vid x
What an awful woman.
I knew at once that car was a Triumph Vitesse 6 convertible. But was too early for that radiator grille though, it was from the Vitesse 6 2-Litre Mark II, which only came out in 1970. That one in the film had a 1968 reg mark, which was from a Mark 1 Vitesse 2-litre, KAM 548F.
From an era (50 years ago) when drama was clean, and easy to understand properly. Yorkshire Television had a great track record for that kind of drama set in the right kind of environment. Pretty girl...but she had very slippery hands though. Loved that cardie she worn in the office.
Guest star Hilarie Thompson co-starred on the 1970-1971 TV series The Young Rebels as Elizabeth Coates.
Formidable película. Gracias por compartirla.
Really enjoyed the 2 part series
In any Countries Police are their own Enemies, after retirement they even deny their attachment, friendship, intentionally can not remember each other also, my experience
Exceptionally Brilliant Story ❤and story to remember
The detective looks rather like a young Brent Spiner from Star Trek: The Next Generation but he would only have been 10 when this was made.
Thank-you.
Interesting that Paul Stewart played a gangster in Kiss Me Deadly (1955).
The police officer called it in ww/the license plate number, make, color of car.
This is a bad movie.
I checked out your profile, noticed your title.i assume you could you tell that before you watched it😂
@@Jobwsright1 Good joke! lol Nope! I can tell things about people, not yet at the level of telling everything and all the time!!
I found it on UA-cam. I the beginning it said it was based on a book. But did not say it was based on a true story. Does anyone know if it was actually based on a true story? Back to watching it. I'm on part One right now. Thanks!
Yes it is based on a true story
a cop killer who wears tall white crocheted looking socks pushed down like it was 1982..lmao. that's funny right there
In the very beginning, I was wondering if Lois Gossett Jr was Rosie Greer until I heard the voice then I knew it was LGJR. Rip
you know it's an old one when they're smoking inside the workplace lol
This series deserves a dvd release
Love this cool series enjoyable
She says at the end, It's my fault, again and again. So sad. My parents had a violent marriage too. So many times my mum couldn't get away from him, so many trips to the lawyer's but she stuck it out for the sake of the children. I still remember it even 60 years later.
He looks like Taz a flambouyant employee working at every 7 Eleven around the 52 states of the united states of america and near a flying saucer next to 1700 east las olas blvd. Posted By Robert De Niro.
First shown 1984 on bbc1 then.
How come there's no into music?
What year did this show air?
Showed my kids this and they couldn't believe their daddy played little Marco 😊.
If you know his work, he seems like a fish out of water unless he is operating south of the Mason Dixon Line.
Good movie jo don baker at his best.
Its "Walking Tall"?
Was this film the forerunner to the series “ chief of detectives” the series with Joe Don Baker in the title roll??
Yeah. It ran for only one season in 1980, broadcast on NBC at 10PM EST on Fridays. I watched a few episodes, but I remember the series name was EISHIED, after the main character.
Good actors all star cast days of good movies love it
where is Part 3 as we found out the who the real police were now it would be nice to find out who all the dirty officials are??
This is NYC. You would need a multi-year miniseries.
Denise Crosby 💖💖💖💖💖💖
An interesting time capsule, But very boring by today's standards
Oh wow, I remember this, when it was released. I was 7.
When was this series produced? Enjoyed seeing the the late 70's and early 80's vehicles and clothing styles. Before all that processed food got to us.
The TV-movie pilot is from 1978, while the Eischied series itself is from 1979.
