Great video, thanks both. I agree on the 'doing more with less' and these tips are useful to stay focused on your objectives. I think people get confused with AI too and either use it too much to create lots of low quality content and so it doesn't work or they're afraid to use it and publish good content but without pace. If you use AI correctly, it can really help push quality, unique content faster which helps the 'doing more with less'.
I work at a bakery you won’t beat that.

Great episode! It's nice to get some practical examples and tips as I agree, eco-anxiety is very real and sometimes prevents you from taking simple steps.
So glad you enjoyed it. I agree, I think too many people get bogged down in the weight of how much needs to change to make a business "sustainable" - but you can definitely start with small steps. Thinking holistically of smaller changes everywhere makes it so much more achievable! And from little things, big things grow 🙂

The biggest losers in this in my opinion is affiliates and affiliate marketers. Without 3rd party tracking cookies, how will affiliate marketers track their sales? Or how will affiliates attribute sales or conversions to the proper affiliate? I understand the need for advertisers to collect data that helps them better tailor their ads, or for targeting, but there are other ways around that I think.

100% agree with being on the right channels. Being there when your prospects are comparing you with competitors is so important and sometimes gets forgotten. On the simplification, I think it has to be done at the right time, like Jonny said, your blog can be complex but your product page needs to convey a simple message to help people make the decision.
