YOU hear hobby and think minimum effort Mo. lol. I have many hobbies and take them very seriously. I used to paint miniatures for table top games as a hobby and they had to be perfect. Just because some people have hobbies like reading, collecting rocks, or stamps or something. Doesn't mean they aren't serious about it. Other than that. GREAT interview man.
