There is a lady who is a professional cleaner. She is at Sherman Gardens. She cleans her yard very well. My Dad lives at Sherman Gardens and he said she is GOOD. Call that lady to clean the apartments with the bugs.

Why hasn’t Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority implemented Payment Standards by Zip code using Small Area Fair Market rents? The current payment standards are too low considering the rent throughout metro areas. Current payment standards only allow most families to live in poor communities. What if a family wants to live in a nicer community in places like Henderson or Summerlin? Current payment standards seem to be discriminatory as it provides only enough assistance to keep families in the hood. Something needs to change!
