Hey mate! did you get insured on it ? I’m not sure what would happen if an accident happened and you injure someone ? Also how does the license work ? I have a thai license but I don’t think it’ll make it legal 🤔
@@AndreVincent-li7sy noo we didn't have insurance for it. Unfortunately a accident did happen and our own travel/holiday incurrence covered it!! (Third party fault) With a Thai driver license officiële is not enough. Vietnam only accept Vietnamese driver license. But with an international you should be fine
@ wow bro ! how bad was the accident ? was the price big ? And okay thanks bro, did you get your vietnamese or international ? I just found out my travel insurance doesn’t even cover me due to my thai license not covering vietnam 😔
@AndreVincent-li7sy a it was a pretty heavy accident. (Trailer broke of the bake of a scooter and for parked into Danique while driving 😅😅 so be safe out there. I think somewhere I made a video off it
@AndreVincent-li7sy we have international driver license!! If you drive with a Thai license in Vietnam and police stop you with a bit of luck with 5/8 euro candy money you won't get a fine and otherwise the fine is around the 40/50 I thought
No one tells you to be careful when drinking alcohol. Rest in peace he six people who lost their lives to not knowingly drinking methanol. So tragic
No, especially with all the backpackers who just want to have a good time. It’s so tragic that these accidents happened, and it’s such a shame that it took so long for the story to come out. They tried to keep the story from leaking, but I’m afraid there may have been many more victims than just the seven we know of.
@HDtravelstories yes thats right. Its so bizzare the news media. Like there is a genocide happening in Myanmar but everyday we only here about Ukraine and the Gaza strip. You are right. Theres other people who die from poisoning and if only one dies it doesnt get attention but when multiple people die it gets so much coverage
Nice, thanks for the vid, I must go there , well made video.
@@tommypaterson thanks Tommy it's one of our favorite places. A lot is now going on so before you visit dubbelcheck where you stay/news
What about if I take my two cats from europe in thailand and then i want to move with them to vietnam? Could be a problem? How does it works? It is enough to present a rabbies antibodies count? It's our first time and I'm very scared that something could go wrong 😢. Me and my husband, need to move to asia and we still don't know if live in Thailand or Vietnam so we want to plan a long period stay in both of countries to decide wich is better to establish us but we have to bring with us our two cats ❤
@@nozomichan2151 hiii good question, as far as we know Vietnam has no import requirements. For Thailand it is the basic that you need health certificate/import/vaccine up to date. We travelled to Vietnam by land border that is a lot easier and cheaper than plane also less strict.
From bangkok to danang by land would be a veeery long trip 😢. By plane is so difficult? @@HDtravelstories
Because from thailand in the between there are also cambodia or laos 😅
@nozomichan2151 haha that's correct we travelled all the land border in se Asia with our dog and never got any questions about it, you can choose to fly. I would recommend using Thai Airways they are very good with communication and transparent with prices @thaiairways But if you go by plane make sure to dubbelcheck with Vietnam Immigration about the import rules etc

Are you allowed to take your camera on the rides with you? So do you hold it in your hand or do you have to clip it to the bar or something?
@@MsSaxist Hiii, Yess you are allowed, we did hold the camera in our hands. We used a GoPro (I wouldn't recommend s go pro). If you need an action camera DJI is a better option!
@HDtravelstories cool!! I'll be visiting Phu Quoc next month and I'm hoping to bring my insta360 camera with me on the rides!

Yes very nice video I can’t wait to revisit 💯💯💯💯
Ive just returned to Bangkok from an 8 day holiday in Phu Quoc we did all the activities on your list but i was wondering why you left the best out and thats the cablecar to sunworld ? There os also a couple of cool waterfalls but i get that the list is only 6 . Really great island cant wait to return in a few years to see how it will have changed .Starfish beach has gotten alot more commercialized since your visit added plenty of instergram scenes
@@johnshores6061 Hiii, great to hear that you had something out of the video. One of the reasons is because I'm afraid of height so thing like cable cars etc are like hell to me 😅😅

Would you suggest going to the amusement park after 5pm so it won't be to hot?
@@888katiechau noo than you won't have enough time for everything. If you are afraid about the heat. Go early and start at the water park. Once it gets hot outside there are many of Indoor activities start doing those !! If you wanneer enjoy the whole park you wil spend more then 5/7 hours there
You went on September? During the rainy season and caught such good weather... I'm going in 10 days ... but the weather is not looking so good next weeks... although the dry season starts now
@@varelini Hiii, don't look to much at the weather forecast. Most of the time it isn't correct and me and Danique have always traveled in the Rainey season and 8/10 times it only a bit a rain for less than one hour.
Hi
@@JinderBhukya hiii
@@HDtravelstories I’m caching your allvidos
@@JinderBhukya Love it! Thanks for the support!!
This is super helpful! I'm travelling with my 2 cats to SE Asia, starting from Malaysia (to avoid quarantine as I'm coming from a low-risk country) and then Thailand. I'm trying to figure out how to cross the land border from Malaysia into Thailand with my cats (Padang Besar crossing). I won't have my own car, so will have to cross by foot, but there's hardly any information online about crossing land border with pets! I saw in another one of your videos that you also crossed this border with your dog. If you have any advice/tips, or any private transfer companies or apps for booking pet-friendly transport on either side of the border you could recommend, that would be hugely appreciated!
@@AC-ho2nj hii, ofcourse I'm glad that the video helped you out!! From which country are you coming ? Or are you already in Malaysia? Also you have 2 cats that is alot easier than dogs (people like cats more than dogs) For the export to thailand you can just book a grab/taxi an out the cats in a cat backpack and a normal price for the export shouldn't be more than 400/500 rm (already on the high side) If you have more questions add us in Instagram is easier to chat @harleyanddanique
@@HDtravelstories Ah that's such a huge relief to hear, and thank you for the tip! We're coming from the UK, but it's my first time traveling abroad with the cats so I'm trying not to stress out too much :)
My Advice is go to Thailand because it will be a lot cheaper to travel to than Malaysia, also Malysia is a shit show with paperwork and contact. while with Thailand its very clear and easy to do it yourself FYI fly with thai-airways they halped us very well with my pet !!!

We you able to take a train back from Laos to Thailand with your dog? I googled and saw no pets are allowed on a train in laos.
@@АлександраТягунова-ц9о hii, Pet are NOT allowed in the trains in Laos (it's runned bye the Chinese and they are very strict) but you can just take here on in the buss /van . In Thailand you can just bye a third class ticket and have a container for the pet
