as long as you were having fun really... but why climb on a griffin as an archer?? unless you wanted to get brought back to it's nest (which you should really) and defeat it there, but you stopped it from doing that. the whole point of an archer is to kill things from range, just stand back and shoot it's weak spots. if you want to climb on creatures, be a thief, and even then really, helm splitter and ensnare... it is funny watching my thief trying to pull down a griffin. 🤣 (you can pull them over if they are on the ground)

Deathbringer? That part was easy for me

Makers End quest is probably at the early-mid game so at that point you were supposed to gear up pretty well and having dozens of skills already. And that Deathbringer at Makers End is already weaken and it got beaten up to half of its HP already and that Deathbringer cannot even move. So, with players doing proper preparations before the quest, they can easily manage through.

the second deathbringer took me 13 times to beat lol i sucked

Frozen targets receive 2x Impact Damage but only 1.25x Explosive Damage. Explosive Damage also passes through armor. So, altogether, explosive weapons benefit little from Acid, and even less from Frost. If you are going to use Spikes you don't really need to apply states first.
