Coconut oil is not for everyone, especially if you have low porosity hair. I know this from experience. For background I have low porosity curly hair and whenever I use coconut oil it makes my hair very dry, olive oil works for me, rice water is really good but be sure not to use too much as it could be protein overload and drying. Moral of the story is find a routine that works for you and stick to it. Consistency is always the key. I hope this helps

Guys my mom washes her hair wit lifebuoy soap and and she just used to bathon Thursday or Friday and rest all the days she used to have oil on her hair and she had hair till her waist she uses parachute coconut oil and still she has more hair then me 🙆🏻♀️
