Adventureland was used by the Devs for Testing new Stuff and more. Or: Adventureland was the first Map from Sunset Valley. If you have this World you are the Choosen one.

How does your game run so smooth?

According to the wiki, it was used by the devs for testing purposes for World Adventures. It wasn't meant to be released. On the plus side, it's a great world to use if you wanted a clean state of Sunset Valley as it doesn't have additional lots for the other expansion packs.
