I have a 2007 Shallow Sport BAHIA 18 basically the same boat as the SPORT 18 but the Sport is prettier and the Bahia lighter. I have a 90 Hp Evinrude, with 2 big fellas and gear it tops out at 31 mph w/ 3 blade prop, no extra weight from a K-Top or T-Top and using nothing but Ethanol-Free Fuel, my preference. Not great if the chop gets above 2' but I still love this boat and at my age I've had a few boats and his boat is great inshore. "Tight Lines and Full Limits To Ya"

I fish FL inner coastal salt water, is this boat and trailer able to handle the salt and could it run offshore on a calm day ? Or do I need to be looking at the mag series or fxs?
