    sucks that the stand requires bolts. I was leaning towards this but think i'm going to get the skil worm drive 8 1/4 inch because it clamps down to the stand making it very easily removable

    • @ericsworkshop
      @ericsworkshop 2 дні тому

      Fair point. That being said, I haven't actually bolted it to the stand yet. It's pretty stable just sitting on the stand, but I understand that it's probably safer when actually attached.

    Installed complete new exhaust and now my sensor is hitting that transmission cross-member brace. Can’t seem figure out why. The parts are all confirmed to fit. I’m wondering I can flip the cat upside down…

    • @ericsworkshop
      @ericsworkshop 21 день тому

      Do the hooks for your rubber hangers fit correctly? If not, It may be possible that you have it upside down/ backwards. Otherwise, you may have not gotten the correct part, or it may be made incorrectly.

    • @DirtyNate98
      @DirtyNate98 20 днів тому

      @@ericsworkshop I have all the parts correctly lined up. I made sure to match the original plus you can tell from the hangers lining up as you said. They are the right parts but I think as you said they weren’t bent properly, I put the original flex pipe back in as it was still good, that helped some for sure. Played around with it for awhile and the sensor does not hit but it’s a little close and isn’t giving the warm fuzzy but with some metal zip ties to ensure it won’t hit it seems good. Part of my issue was also how far the mid pip and tail pipe was pushed in the coupling of the muffler. Gonna paint the trans cross membo to be able to tell if the sensor is hitting and I’m leaving it for now. Thanks

    Love this screwdriver. Just wish it had a locking collet. It would be my #1 cordless screwdriver if it did. For now I stick with my Mac cordless screwdriver because it is the only 4v usb-c screwdriver with a locking collet that I’ve found. But the Denali absolutely will outperform it.

    Nice video! I am about to “Lower” my Jimmy. Someone put a rough country 4” lift with blocks in the back. It looks like a squatter!. I am now going to remove that lift, and install a full spring 2” Tuff country easy ride. I bet the rough country front lift, which I bought it with, is more like 6”. Also, being on blocks with the stock rear springs, I’m sure it’s sagging because of that in the rear.

    • @ericsworkshop
      @ericsworkshop 4 місяці тому

      Yeah, good move. Blocks are pretty terrible. They work to get you the height but offer nothing for flex and if you give it a few hard launches you might break your springs. I wouldn't be surprised if the rear stays about the same height with the "smaller" springs. Good luck!

I use mine to replace and install light switches and power outlets. Definitely helps speed things up and being lighter than my 12v helps. Im thinking im gona buy this one just to keep one with a flathead and the other with a Phillips head and make my job that much easier, and cause it doesn't hurt to have a back up for when one dies right in the middle of a job cause i forgot to charge it😂

      The only real fitment issue is going to be related to whether the rest of your accessories will take the long or short version. That will affect belt alignment. If the rest of the accessories are stockish I'd go with what the parts store suggests, preferably an AC Delco.

      Have you moved over individual folders of music, or just an unorganised catalogue of tunes. If the former, that's wrong; just move all your songs - not in folders - into the MUSIC partition on the device. The device automatically assigns the songs into album, artist etc using (I assume) the song's metadata
