Awesome oven! Does it take long to heat up such a big oven? Is there anything you would have changed? Thank you for posting such a professional video/build!!!!
Hi Darren , This oven takes about 25mins to get to 450F. I agree it is large but that’s what they wanted, they do lots of larger car and bike parts. If it was for me I would do half the size and more racks. Thanks for watching cheers !!
Dang, the majority of the wiring you didn’t show!! It was just all the sudden hooked up and “there ya go”…
… Would you like me to send you a wiring diagram?
Good content
Thank you 👍🏼
How many resistors are connected and how many watts are each?
There is 1 solid state relay and it is 40amp max @220v . I always try to stay under 35 amp for the complete system. 2 burners @ 4000watts each. You would need to use the right power cord and have minimum of a 40amp breaker .
I developed a dedicated controller with IoT capabilities, allowing users to remotely monitor and control various parameters
Please send me some info thx
why you are using single thermocouple. I think it will better if you use at least 2 thermocouple having probe length at least 6 inches and which controller you are using ? I made a dedicated controller for ovens having alarm and Timmer option
Hey thanks for your input. I’m using Ink-bird PID Temperature Controller for most of my builds, it also has these features I just don’t use them.
What controller are you using?
@@welding2go I made my own controller. Having feature to upload weight and temperature to the sever let me share you that
Great work. What kind of wire did you run for the oven elements?
Thank you! 10G high temp wire
where did u get that red valve cover
I powder coated it.
@@welding2go did you add the red from the inside too?
@@photoaxcel no just the outside
Looks good but I just used single gang electrical boxes….
That works 👍🏼
Awesome job!!! We’re did you get the glass from?
Hey thank you! Your local glass company can help you out. You would need high temp glass 5mm thick (ceramic glass) normal used for fireplaces.
@@welding2go thanks
would really love a list of control box parts and wiring diagram. Great Videos!!
Thanks Jim, message me on Instagram and I will send you a diagram. I will also send some links on what I used on this build.

Where did you get the micro jet bit set from?

How much you do you sell them for? The big one
The one in this video sold for $9200.00
I hope you go into detail with the wiring of the PID controller. I have a homemade oven fully constructed. I gutted a traditional electric oven and used that wiring harness for my build, unfortunately though I didn’t test it beforehand like an idiot and I found out that the controller was not functional. So now I am investigating the PID option but I feared that it may be a bit of a headache, and I wasn’t sure if it would work for my application. Seeing that someone else is using the same methods gives me some inspiration that it may work…
Hey good morning I definitely will be going into detail. In the meantime, if you would like message me on Instagram and I’ll send you a wiring diagram and see if that can help you out.
Turn your heat sink 90 degrees more for air flo
Thanks. I need the room in the panel. I’m hoping the fan will keep it cool.
What is the watts of your elements and where did you get them?
Hey good morning, the elements are 3000 W each to run both elements you would require a minimum 40 amp service. I have an account with a supplier, but you can buy something similar on Amazon.
@@welding2go ok thanks. I was hoping that you would have a link but I will search.

Lots of work, looking good!

Are all 4 elements ran off of 1 plug? Like a range plug?
Hi Brandyn, yes all 4 burners ran off one plug rated for 50amps (not a range plug) Range plugs usually rated @ 30amp. Always check with a licensed electrician.
How long does it take for oven to get to temperature
Hi Zachary, this oven with four burners takes roughly 15 minutes to reach 450F. I also tested it with only 2 burners roughly 28 minutes.
Where did you get the mounting brackets for the heating element
I made them.
Happy New Year
Do u have the links for parts u used for the electrical n panel thanks
I purchase from a supplier but you can find almost everything you would need on Amazon. I will forward some link shorty thx

Nice video. The voice level is okay but when the music is cut in the levels get unbearably loud. I can't watch the whole video. Wish I could.
I’m using a new video editing program. I will attempt to edit the volume on this upload thanks for your feed back.
Yep, I had to turn up for the voice, and race back to the speakers to turn down for the music.
Can I get a parts list for the wiring component’s
No sorry, I can send you a wiring diagram if that helps?
What do you think this costs to build?
About $4200.00

Hi Did you not need to install a circulating fan for the build.? Or is it working ok without one.
Hi Kevin , Fan is not required, you don’t want any air movement within the oven when setting powder.
