Exploring History of Manila 🇵🇭: Fort Santiago & Freedom fighters - Comparison with Forts in India.
Embark on a powerful journey through Fort Santiago in Manila, where Filipino history and heroism meet echoes of India’s own fight for freedom. 🇵🇭🇮🇳 In this video, I dive into Fort Santiago’s rich stories, from José Rizal's Last Walk of Martyrdom to hidden dungeons, all with a sense of reverence that links directly to India’s own historic forts and freedom fighters.
In this video:
José Rizal’s Last Walk of Martyrdom: Experience the path walked by José Rizal, the Filipino national hero, moments before his execution. His bravery and sacrifice are unforgettable, similar to India’s Bhagat Singh and Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, who also sacrificed for independence.
Fort Santiago’s Dungeons: These eerie dungeons were once used to imprison rebels and revolutionaries. Walking here feels like visiting the dark, historic prisons of India, where freedom fighters were held captive, and reminds us of the resilience shared across both nations.
Plaza Moriones and Plaza Armas: With stunning Spanish architecture, these plazas offer a unique cultural experience much like the bustling squares in Rajasthan’s forts, where life and history converge in every corner.
Postigo de la Nuestra Señora de la Soledad: This historic gate once served as an emergency route for soldiers. Reminiscent of the secret tunnels in Indian forts like Mehrangarh and Gwalior, it’s a powerful reminder of the strategic architecture during colonial times.
Paseo de Nuestra Señora de la Soledad: A serene riverside walkway, where families and soldiers once took in the peaceful views of the Pasig River. It evokes memories of the royal pathways of Indian forts like Amer and Jaisalmer, where the blend of nature and history brings the past to life.
Rajah Sulayman Theater: An open-air theater named after a Filipino leader who resisted Spanish colonization. The atmosphere here is much like that of India’s cultural venues like Prithvi Theatre in Mumbai, where history meets the performing arts under the stars.
Each part of Fort Santiago holds a story that bridges Philippine history and the Indian experience of colonial resilience. The parallels are powerful, and this experience feels like a cultural journey between India and the Philippines, two countries deeply shaped by their heroic pasts.

Badiya bro ❤❤❤keep it up 👍
Thank you so much 😀
Bhai bank balance kitna chahie
Iska koi set amount nahi hai, approx itna rakho ke wahan rehne ka kharcha daily ka nikal jaye aur bache bhi. Mera recommendation hoga atleast 3-5 lakh rakho.
I don't think any of these are required. You only need a passport and the DS160 confirmation appointment letter for an interview. I will drop a short video soon. i have given a Visa interview recently and it was quite smooth if you just prepare well and not fake anything. I have applied for the B2 tourist Visa which mean no invitations no business visits. All you need to do is sound calm and genuine.
@@raghavandrapratap4836 Yes, I prepared as per the requirements mentioned on the US VISA website but they didn’t ask for any documents from me as well. Its always good to carry documents, you never know ow what they might ask from the list of docs.
Brother can i have your WhatsApp number. I would like to talk to you about Visa.
Thanks for sharing this information..i have given the interview on 17th September until now not received the passport...no idea how much time will it take.
You must follow up with the Embassy or check if there was any Bluedart message for the delivery attempt. You will be able to get it in any case if it was approved, check the status online (www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US/)
@@lifeofbhaiya thanks brother for reply.. i had selected the pick up option and daily checking the status..it's not changing from approve. Call center say wait for the notification.
Its always advised to choose premium delivery option, Pick-up is always delayed as per the feedback from many of my friends.
@@lifeofbhaiya is it possible to change now the delivery option..any idea
No clue, you will have to check with Embassy.
Hello sir, i have a question, i m not comfortable in English in front of anyone, can i choose hindi language in intervie, plz tell me
Yes, when you are in line for consular interview you can ask for Hindi translator, you can also ask the same from the VISA officer when you reach the window. You will not trust, there are some VISA officers who k ow Hindi as well, they also call someone to translate when they think Hindi or Punjabi translation is required.
@@lifeofbhaiya thnk u sir😊
Is there any locker in delhi embassy to keep bags?
No lockers available in Delhi Embassy, either keep mobile, smartwatch and wallet at home and only take DS-160, passport and all important documents with you and some cash as well. Else you can ask any relative, friends to wait outside embassy with all your belongings. This process with take 1.50 hours to 2 hours only.
Hi sir i hv submitted form ds 160 and paid fees biut no able to take appointment. Csn u help me.
I have shared the details in the video, sharing it again. Step 1 Complete the Nonimmigrant Visa Electronic Application (DS-160) form. Step 2 Pay the visa application fee. Step 3 Schedule your appointment on this web page (portal.ustraveldocs.com/?). You need two pieces of information in order to schedule your appointment: Your passport number The ten (10) digit barcode number from your DS-160 confirmation page Step 4 Visit the U.S. Embassy on the date and time of your visa interview. You must bring a printed copy of your appointment letter, your DS-160 confirmation page, one photograph taken within the last six months and your current and all old passports. Applications without all of these items will not be accepted.
In step 3 when I go to take appointment date OFC calender comes first when I select and confirm it goes to consular calendar but no calender comes. Do I need to go back ds 160 form confirmation page again and then take appointment again. Pl call back if possible
Pl advice
I have seen an update from US Embassy India, they are working towards opening 250,000 VISA appointments for tourists, skilled workers and students. Keep trying for a consular slot, its a difficult process and patience is required. x.com/usandindia/status/1840667092355268929?s=46&t=bZO7lqc6dtRjfzPFU5QrGQ
Thanks so process I am following is right. I surprise that I getting ofc slot but no consular slot what is best time search for the slot for consular
Hlo bhai m Germany m rehta hu Mera paas German work visa hai kya uske behalf pe m Visa apply kar sakta hun meri inr 1.50lck selery h
Haan, agar aapki company ka US main office hai to wahan se Invitation letter chaiye and all the other basic details mentioned in the video. If you are planning a personal trip, then you need an invitation letter from someone (relative or friend) to attend an important event in the US.
@@lifeofbhaiyabhai kujh nhi hai invitation letter tha mere paas us ka aur achi jagah se fir bhi deny kr diya saalo ne sb sahi tha dimag hawa me hai embassy ka jiska dil krte hai de rahe hai
Hi sir, my case is almost the same as yours. I am an Engineering Manager for a US company, and my employer is sponsoring this visa. Can you please tell me what documents are needed for sponsorship?
From the employer side, you need an invitation letter from a US Entity that mentions the reason for travel, future dates of travel, your role in the company, which will cover all travel expenses and the company's overall business. In a similar letter from an Indian entity, you need a cover letter about your role, salary, location and who will cover all travel expenses. Rest your HR should already have some templates as they might have sponsored some folks in past as well.
@@lifeofbhaiya Thank you very much sir, for the help. I have one doubt related to the cover letter. Actually, I handle the India office of the company, and my CEO, who is a U.S. citizen, is sponsoring the visa. So, I have to ask them for both letters. Can you please provide a sample letter? It would be a great help to me.
This is a sample invitation letter, manifestlaw.com/blog/invitation-letter-us-visa/. You can write some more details and get it signed. Just FYI I was not asked for any doc in my interview. But I still had all documents handy.
I am more confused about the cover letter. Is it provided by the company, or should I write it myself?
Try this link testbook.com/letter-writing/cover-letter-for-visa-application and Section: "Company Cover Letter For Visa Application"
Good explanation ❤️❤️🙏. Yesterday I also experienced the ofc..
Congratulation brother..))
Thank you so much 😀
Sir my passport is lost. B1/B2 visa stamp was there on it. Visa stamp was put on it last year. So what is the next procedure? Will the visa stamp be put on it or will I have to crack another interview? Please reply sir, this message. I am very worried.
Honestly, I cant suggest anything apart from this process mentioned on US State Dept site.travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/visa-information-resources/lost-stolen-visas.html It captures all the details about what all should be done in this case.
Hello Bro, Did you select Business and Tourism B1/B2 category or only business conference category while filling ds 160 form. I have a invitation letter for a business meeting from my employer. Please advise.
I selected Business and tourism B1/B2 in DS-160. Invitation letter from your employer should be good enough to support and ensure you arrange all additional documents as I have listed in the video.
Okay, bro. After paying the fee. How many days you got an interview slot date.
It depends from city to city and country as well. I applied from India and Delhi Embassy in Jan and got the dates of Sep 3,5. As of now the interview dates are almost 1 year waiting in India.
Thanks bro. Do we need to carry all the supporting documents while travelling to USA. Is there any other documentation verification in the USA airport?
Generally, they ask questions regarding your travel, such as the place you will visit, the duration of your stay, and the details of your return flight. Apart from that, there is not much as you already have a US visa.
Congratulations bro and how many years you got to go…stamped 5/10 ???
Usually B1/B2 VISA is stamped for 10 years.
Sir how many years they keep biometrics 😮?
No clue on that, only US State Department can tell you.
Bhaiya ap interview kis jagah se diye the US ka i mean city
Mere appointment Delhi main schedule hua tha.
@@lifeofbhaiyasir appointment kese liya muje mil nai re kya bata sakte
Appointment aapko www.usvisascheduling.com/en-US/ is site pe milega, DS-160 form bharne and payment karne ke baad.
Congratulations bro 🎉
Thank you so much 😀
Hello sir Mera form ds 160 bhar gaya par usmai. Salary agent ni bhari..hum family visa b1 b2 Mai hai To kya firse bhar sakte hai.. meri date 27:09:2024 hai
You can fill a new form before Biometrics, if the Biometric is done then you cannot change.
Okay 👍 thanks
App apna DS-160 dobara bhar sakte ho, ye FAQ padho "How do I access my DS-160?" vn.usembassy.gov/frequently-asked-questions-nonimmigrant-visas/
Sir wahan locker milega kya phone bag rakhne ? And original documents chahiye ya xerox bhi chalega?
OFC Appointment VFS ki location main hota hai Delhi main, wahan locker hota hai par is sabme time lag jayega, isliye agar koi saath jaaye to use phone and all electronics wallet dedo. US Embassy main koi locker nahi delhi main (jahan tak mujhe pata hai) isiliye 1.30 ghante pehle pohoncho aur sahi time main free ho jaoge, mobile smartwatch aur wallet ghar pe chor dena ya koi saath jaaye to use de dena bahar hi.
Hello sir , i'm self employeed.. I deal in granite and marble....but my business is new, i started my business 15 july 2023 will impact?? My visa interview date 13 jan 2025..i'm going to meet my friend , i mention their details, he works in ebay company
It depends on the purpose pf visit, if you are going to meet your friend for any occasion or for tourism then you need a invitation letter from your friend, business establishment details, GST records if filled, bank a/c statement, check US State dept site, they have mentioned more details for such cases.
@@lifeofbhaiya Yeah, i have all the business registration documents and GSTR-3B tax.... And i'm just going for a tourism to explore California. Can you explain what type of invitation letter??
Sirf tourism nahi, friend se milna hai include karo to aur strong hogi profile. Sample invitation letter www.boundless.com/immigration-resources/letter-of-invitation-us-b1-b2-travel-visa/. A letter of invitation for a B-1/B-2 travel visa should include the following information: Name and contact information for the host Host’s immigration status (for example, “U.S. citizen”) Relationship between the host and the visa applicant Visa applicant’s full name and address Purpose of the trip Exact dates of the trip Host’s signature Aur personal travel hai to bank a/c statement lekar jana 6 months ka atleast 10-15 lakh to dikhao account main. Aur credit cards ka bhi quote karna.

Bhaiya maine ek bhi country visit nahi ki hai mujhe visa mil sakta hai kya
Agar aapne ek bhi country visit nahi ki tab bhi aapko VISA issue ho sakta hai. Iske liye aapke travel ka reason, aapke financials records and baaki information sahi honi chahiye.
Bhaiya maine profession me business dala hai par owner papa hai mai document kya le ja sakta hu
@@amanagrawal4421 Business establishment documents, salary slips if you are paid. ITR docs personal if you file it. Also depends on the purpose of your visit. If it is personal trip then bank statement should have some decent amount. Your invitation letter should have all relevant details.
