Hey Cody, if someone were to start a smma in 2024 what would you recommend in terms of niche wise? Cause I actually tried one maybe a year ago for 4-5 months. And iwas targeting real estate agents and then switched to contractors(so a bit saturated), but I would be told like they have at least 1 agency cold calling them every single day and I just found it hard to differentiate myself as a beginner. Thinking of maybe targeting more untapped niches like life insurance but I'm curious on your opinion and if you have any advice

Then yiou have the landing page title stating more than 10 installs in 30 days, and it's the main headline on the main landing page and the reason why people leave their contact information for the call. Its not because you undestood their painpoints or because you said door knocking is banned and they say oh look one guy who gets me let me fill that form, sorry but no. They are requesting the call because they want those 30 installs in th first 30 days period

What is smma?

the main problem I see in what you are doing is fb lead ads, very low quality of leads when you optimize towards quantity and not quality like a high value fb api event (for example a schedule after a given filter criteria). That alone changes everything. Another thing also worth trying is a better lead qualification process delivered on Whatsapp with an AI and a strong prompt behind it and sending ads straight to that new line

Not sure why lie about the Adspend… $1k in Adspend for 29 new customers = $34 CPA You have a CPL of around $28 with 35 leads. Meaning your Lead to Booked call rate would have to be above 80% with a 100% show rate and close rate to justify that Adspend with the revenue you’re sharing on Stripe. I’m actually a subscriber and have been wanting to get mentorship/coaching from you but this seems a little off and disingenuous tbh - why hide the actual adspend? If I’m wrong here, happy to see your response with a comment clarifying the numbers - would be disappointing if you deleted this like the other fakes plaguing UA-cam

can you show the exact ads that generated the closed leads? not all leads are created equal, u shouldnt turn off ads becuase they are "too expensive", why would that matter if the expensive leads are being closed? means the ROAS is greater than the "cheaper" leads
