Good job showing how to undo the safety Clips something nobody else thought of
Hey thanks for this video it saved me a lot of time and money keep up the good work thank you again
❤❤❤ your style
Pretty nice Packard.
Ok so I am getting water coming in to a compartment under the passenger side seat of my 2014 Kia Sorento. It seems to happen more often after it rains. Could it be from a door Seal? Any ideas? I thought the AC hose was clogged but that already got blown out.
Does it have a sun roof?
This is how quick And to the point I want ALL car repair videos to be
Did you remove both hose?
@@MiguelMtl not to change the tensioner. Early in the video you can see they're still connected.
@@98eckthanks Bud
@@98eckhow long did you take to repair ?
@@MiguelMtl Think it took an hour to change the tensioner.
thank you yours is about the only vid showing all the extras
I have a 2020, that I need to do this for,. I thought it was the battery but nope its the alternator,. Smh,. Might just pay someone to install the new alternator on
Hey thanks for the time you put into this video. It's 2024 and this is the only video that a skilled amateur (lol) like me could find that actually showed the steps needed to open up this fuse block. I appreciate you posting this!
Glad it helped. There was voiceover to help explain but some time after upload the voiceover went away.
Thank you!! Exactly what I needed to know 👍🏻

What "front plate"?
There was one on this jeep covering the bottom.
This dude made look so difficult lol
I see your channel doesn't have any repair videos. You're allowed to make videos. That's what makes UA-cam better. Give us a repair video.
@@98eck Sorry pal but I' m a surgeon so I can't make videos of that for UA-cam 😂

@@willaimguzman4819You're a surgeon? Then what the fuck do you know about replacing an alternator.
Saludos , tengo una Toyota Higtlander 2008 , no tengo luz alta , podría ser ese fusible , gracias
Dang. I think the designers should have to take every one of their designs out of the cars before they sign off on it. There has to be an easier way to get to stuff. yikes.
dude... 😐
Fun time.
good video. You got a lot done. Spring is coming up here it was 58 degrees here today. But cold is coming tomorrow. Been about 33 years since we had this nice of a winter.
Getting there. Never a shortage of stuff to do. Glad spring weather is here.
Early 40s they started producing them . I have 1949 Buick Roadmaster 4 Port fender sedanette. With a straight eight 320
I Hot a 2008 toyota avalon xl that fue horn ac and fue fan turn off what culd i been, the when rains it work sometimes.
You could possibly have a ground issue going on. Could also be corrosion. Check the fuses that power each thing. It's hard to tell you where to look. There could be an issue in the harness in the engine bay or under the car. When it rains it's possible exposed wires are getting wet and it's losing power.
A personal favourite of mine……👍👍👍
Thanks for the share. What was your overall time to complete the replacement?
Well that is something I never saw before. Weird as hell. took a quick look on the internet. Could be a sensor issue? Problems with the ESP unit - Issues with the ESP controller itself can lead to problems shifting and error codes. Not that I would have a clue about any of it but was curious.
Haven't ran it long enough to have any codes yet. It's definitely weird.
Not helpful, your why bleach bottles have a do not drink label
I didn`t do a damn thing today. Except i took the wife out for Valentines day buffet. after eating we had a bourbon and coke at the bar, now I am here. I probably have three alcoholic beverages a year and that's it. $14.00 for two drinks? WTH?
Gotta buy in bulk. $23 for a 24 pk of Miller lite lol. Beer at the bar I go to is like $2.50/bottle.
Scrap metal is way up here, in case you go that route. 🤣🤣
My father owned a 1938 P111, realising a life-long ambition .The views of your car really stirs the memory , and especially the sounds, the fast ticking of the twin S.U fuel pumps and the slow laboured sounds of the starter motor cranking that beautiful engine !.
“ I am not a welder “….. I’ll second that 😂 but hey, it’s done
Thanks for posting, I'm about to dismantle my car to replace the fusable link. What a stupid design to have it bolted in and then you have to dismantle the whole assebly to replace it. I love toyota but this is a poor design. Can I get an AMEN?!
Gee its pushing 48 degrees last day of January in the UP today. The snow we got is melting fast But February up here can be the cruelest month of all some years. Hope you and yours are doing well.
Is this car shown a 2017 dodge journey crossroad 3.6L?
It would be nice if you re-edited the video because I’m quite sure there was a lot of things that got disconnected that didn’t need to be disconnected🇺🇸

1. I'm showing an issue on a car I don't own. 2. It's funny you think Fords don't have issues.
Tearing one off a 2014 tomorrow, and I feel like you did too much. I'll let you know. 😅
I felt that way too, so how did it go?
@@drodriguez3935 not bad. Did end up taking the wheel off, and everything else that he did, but the worst part was getting the belt back on after putting it all back together. Put a used one in, and I think it's gone bad already, so I'm hoping that it had a 60 day warranty or more. 😅 Really just wanted it to last until the weather got better, and that's about as long as it lasted, so I got what I was hoping for. 🤷 You get what you pay for, but it was $60 well spent. 🥴
Wow what a great little tractor. Never seen one that small before. Perfect for that job. Have a great Thanksgiving with your family. Wife and I been working al day getting it all ready. I got called in to work at 5:45 am for three hours besides. No show at work again. The part time retired guy (me) gets called. No one else answers their phone that early they know its work calling. Your boy looked like he was enjoying the time with you. I remember that with my dad decades ago. So will he. and I imagine you and your dad were the same. My daughters also loved to "help" me outside. Until one of them would throw something at the other and start a little war. 😂
That wasn't my son. That was Brian's son. Brian owns the Kubota.
@@98eck lol, I suppose I should read the description of the videos.. Anyway that fits for him and his son too.
Not that angle 😂😂😂😂
Give that furry guy a beer!
Impressive collection. I wonder if he ever photographed them and sent the Major film studios his collection for possible use in films. I imagine they would pay well for their use. Always good to see a posting. Thanks for this, these cars are really something.
There's 2 trucks not in the video plus he has 2 cars at home. We're in the process of engine removal on his newest Packard.
How did you get 5:46 out?
Removed plastic cover around box, removed bolts holding it in, then unclipped the ends and pulled straight up.
The cable that’s held by the nut at 3:30. Does anyone know what that cable is called? Mine is corroded
.Salut my friend super car super video subscribe subscribe .
How to get the second one out?!?!
I'm not 100% sure but looking at how short the bolts are, that held this one in, I'm guessing you remove the plastic on that side and they're bolts holding that fuse in also. I'm just guessing at the moment.
😆 millennial here - I grew up listening to Shania twain. I think you meant Gen z

My son said, "Yes, but had to extend the temp sensor." This was his project.
@@98eck ok I’m doing the same swap now exactly you should have him do a in-depth video on it
Any special tools needed for motor mount bolts?
Nope. Believe they were 15mm.
