Nice Video , I opened up my Stereo to remove a a jammed CD but when i put it back, the USB is not working in Nissan Sentra 2015. All the wires are plugged in properly but no idea why USB is not working. all other functions, Camera, radio, Bluetooth are working fine. Any advise? Thanks
Bud, you were doing so good until you left that spaghetti radio wires not zip tied or taped up. If you are a shop and i pulled my radio and seen all that i wouldnt take it back. 2 min and that wiring harness could look more appealing
@@stephaniesherman638 test them all for ground with a pen for that, they sell it at walmart for like 5 dollars, its very very easy , look up videos on that
Why do you need to drill a ground screw in for the new stereo? Wasen't the factory stereo grounded? Also, for the new stereo you don't need to connect the other 2 wiring harnesses? Just the 1 and the antenna?
the large connector he ignored was for the backup camera (if he had it) and the steering wheel controls. The small connector he ignored is for the USB and AUX connections in the center console. If you want to retain backup camera and/or steering wheel controls, you need other adapter(s) and you will use that large data connector.
If you are going to use a 2Din Radio, well you have to buy what they called "DASH KIT" it is a new trim that will enable you to fit in a aftermarket 2din radio because the Factory trim only works with the factory 2din radio
7:22 did that bracket get removed and put back on during a cut? I think the bracket here needs to be rotated 90°

Donde consigo o compro el marco gris para que le quede bien a la pantalla?
do we really have to connect the ground directly to the metal? what if I just conect the goround wires
you can just connect the ground wires together the samething. unless that ground can go somewhere else
It is recommended to make that new ground. Its really preference but mostly the newer Nissan’s need that new ground

hey bro, what's the harness you used to install this after market radio?.
What model is that because I have an Sr and it looks nothing like that.
I've done everything as stated in the video and have no power to my head unit
Unfortunate
I dint ground the black cable to the chasis, and my stereo started smoking, is that the cause?
Most likely poor parenting or a bad role model growing up.
Panel Popper huh, that's a first lol. Pry Tool
Nice! I didn't know Fluffy did stereo"s. Ahhh!
Aren't you suppose to screw the radio into the dash
You drilled and attached a wire to the car body ,can u explain which wires please?
he never explained the anthena adapter.... and I see he connected 2 harness, so one plug actually fits the stereo?????
Thank you. It was helpful
What about steering control or rear camera, does it work?
It was the harness and headphone style jack he said not to worry about that it’s for the factory radio 🙄
you need to buy a separate “maestro” steering wheel control device for that
Does reverse camera work?
What part number is the oem center bezel? (The trim around the radio)
So now we have a radio lol
"Put this here.... And now I'm gonna put these two wires here." I left immediately...
Does anybody know what plastic kit I can use in my 2016 Nissan Sentra SL? Mine has the Piano Black Trim interior.

Doesn't look to good... imo I hate that it doesn't look like it belongs there where can I find different types of radios anyone have suggestions?

Does the factory trim piece not fit anymore? Do you have to install the new radio trim
Valton Billingsley did you ever figure this out? I was wondering the same thing.
jasmine garner No I didn't. It was decided for me that I didn't need it so I never got the chance to find out
