@@scottmills9541 Oh, Pianists are stuck with the piano they were privided with. Often have no control over tuning. I was a prof. clarinetist. I could control my tuning but I had to tune with an out tune piano! Guess what? Audiance percieved my ensemble for the pitch problems not the piano.

🙂Yes, I wonder if he's auditioning for Richard III after the gig. I also think he needs to listen much more to the sounds he is producing, which are both inconsistent and far too narrow in colouration. And there are some unforgivably crude moments, poor decisions. Ironically this 'romantic', explosive sonata requires a more classical approach rhythmically.

A very good teacher I think…..you have hundreds of fantastic pianists who sit high/ low , lift their shoulders / lift only one shoulder , have expressive face / don’t show emotions. LISTEN , don’t watch if you are bothered. This is a very talented young man.

NICE CHOICE OF AN ENCORE BY THIS YOUNG, BRILLIANT, AWARD-WINNIG, UKRAINIAN PIANIST, A ROUSING VIRTUOSIC SHOWPIECE RATHER THAN A SLOW-TEMPO "SLEEPY" PIECE, COMMONLY PLAYED BY PIANISTS TO TELEGRAPH TO THE AUDIENCE THAT HE OR SHE HAS HAD ENOUGH FOR ONE NIGHT, SO TO SPEAK.🤠 HE VERY LIKELY COULD BE IN THE NEXT INTERNATIONAL CHOPIN COMPETITION IN WARSAW. 🦢💎🦢💎🦢💎🦢
