    This is a marvelous exercise to practice. You can't simply watch and judge it by its simplicity, you need to practice it for a week or two to truly feel its benefits. Always follow and practice for the first two weeks before deciding whether to continue. Don't dismiss the exercise because it seems simple - exercise in any form, will definitely provide some benefit.
