Got an interval timer now I can record while seeing the time. Very helpful, so much easier to pace the sets. So today I tried to increase my rpm each set by 1 and it went super well! (From 18 to 22 rpm) Reps: 1st. L18/R18 2nd. L19/R19 3rd. L20/R20 4th. L21/R21 5th. L22/R22 Total reps 200. Great session!
