Beautiful town. I hope to visit this fall. What I find interesting about French towns is, I live in a town in Maryland, about 35 miles north west of Washington DC. Our population is about 6500 people. The town consists of an intersection with a stop sign, four restaurants a few shops, two gas stations two strip malls with a pharmacy, a couple of banks, a hardware store, a post office and 3 schools. Neighborhoods all around and farms. That's it. Oh, and a bunch of churches. St. Tropez has 4000 people and compared to where I live it looks like a vibrant town of 50,000. Fantastic

My wife and I were there last year in September. We loved it so much we're going again this year, first week in September. The Dublin Bar is the one place I love. A couple of beers and looking out to sea, whilst people all promenading. It's so wonderful.
