'miring those heavy deads and that power belly fueling them 💪💪💪
@@imitatsiya its all about the power belly!!
I got used to the figure 8 straps. I think I prefer them now. Your pulls are solid man.
@ltrain7022 thanks..trying to break that 700 mark soon.
Brother that was a fast pull. Were you complaining about the music? Sad that gyms typically play generic crap. Looks like 7 hunddo is around the corner.
Bench press is fun, but dips will make a person gorilla strong. Those are some powerful dips sir.
strong dude keep posting ok
What kind of gas tank goes in the ground?

Nice work
@@MaverickBerlin thanks!
Bro, you are trusting that wire more then it deserves 😅
Wtf that looked easy as shit! I’m about to go deadlift today this is definitely helping to get me in that mode. I love how you set the straps up I need to practice that better. Make a video showing how you do it? Or a short?
@MeatballJit13 go tear some shit up!! I like to start with the bar out in front of me, strap in and then roll it back into position. I'll try and remember to get one of my lifting partners to get a close up.
💪🏼👍🏼
Thanks!
Respect ❗
Amen brother
Thank you for this video! I have an 18 Impreza 5 speed, and couldn't find dirt on changing the transmission fluid. The service departments are zero help...
@jeremylittle1581 no problem..they just want you to bring it in and pay your money. I bought my 18 crosstrek new and have 160k on it. Its my daily. Been a great car. Recently had some oil in one of the spark plug bibs so I replaced ghe valve cover gaskets and had some grinding in the front cv axles so I replaced them. Just standard wear and tear.
@jeremylittle1581 also...if you are having any oil consumption issues- replace the pcv valve and switch to 5w-30.
Haven't had consumption issues. Bought my Impreza with 9k miles, and it's just been maintenance. I'm at 165k
@@ftwbeard1730 I just did my wheel hubs on mine. NO fun on a Minnesota car. One split in half before we got it out.
I think I've seen you pull sumo? Maybe im mistaken. If so, which do you prefer? I've tried sumo, but mobility is terrible. I can only pull conventional atm. You're super fast off the floor. I'd say 700 is not impossible for you.
@ltrain7022 yep...I pull sumo and am stronger at sumo but it takes its toll on my hips. I can't pull sumo and squat heavy in the same week. Thanks! Hopefully 700 is around the corner.
Like the trailer hitch mount brake light mod !

@ftwbeard1730 Hell yeah brother, that's the spirit!
The real truth is beards look dirty, hide your jaw and make girls cringe.
Beast
@RbgBennett not bad for an old guy.
Wicked!
Have you tried a thick beard oil? I find it works for me
Why buy this? The price has doubled in 4 years. We can buy custom made knives about the same cost now.
@@Temperature980 I paid $120 for it.
I thinking of buying one do you regret not buying the swing out version?
@richardmontoya3449 nope...works great!
Does your rear back up camera work with the tire carrier
They're rugged. Lenses easily interchange too. Found a pair in excellent condition on the road shoulder.
Thank you for posting great info appreciated
Is there swing out version also pretty good?
G’day mate. I’m probably 10 weeks in. Have my days where I think I might shave; but stayed strong so far! After working a military career (clean shaven for decades); finally retired and growing a beard. Appreciate your thoughts. ☀️🏄♂️🏄♂️🏄♂️💦✌🏽😎🇦🇺
@@bodhi9464 stay strong..over time it will only get fuller and look better.
Great review 👍🏼
Not to be a know it all, but the steel's name is 80CrV2, not SOCrV2. I am fortunate to have several Winklers and I love this steel - it gets insanely sharp and holds an edge very well. Carbon steel is not that hard to keep from rusting or getting corrosion. The main thing is to keep the blade clean and dry. If the sheath gets wet or you are in an environment where it rains a lot (Washington or Southeast Alaska) keep some Wicked Wax or knife blade oil on the blade to protect it from corrosion or rust. Even the universally available WD-40 spray oil/lubricant will do the job. If you are in a humid (tropical) environment, wipe the blade down a couple of times a day with a cloth that is damp with oil. I read the story of a Special Forces soldier who carried a Randall knife made of O-1 carbon steel in the tropical environment of South Vietnam. He was there for two years and never had any rust on his Randall. All he did was wipe the blade twice per day with an oily cloth he carried in a plastic bag in his pocket.
What about the rear camera? Are you going to relocate it or add a second camera?
@@eduardojaviercazaresperez7207 neither...I grew up without them.
Can you do a update video after a couple years of use?
Really live bye those fine arts lol. Love the video and i did subscribe.

230kg is 600lbs? xd
@xd-sj1nt there's 2-55lb bump plates, 6-45lb bumper plates, 2- rubber coated metal 45lb plates, 2-25lb plates, 2- 15lb plates, and 2- 2.5lb plates= 600lbs
Dang, looked too easy
@DanielBrandt77 thanks- I hit 625 a couple weeks ago.
Crazy man, well done. 600 is my lifetime, and it did not look that clean.
@DanielBrandt77 Lifetime for me is 765 but at a bw over 300lbs and much younger. I pulled 625 a couple weeks ago and my sumo pull is around 675.
Another great video so question growing a Beard you should go 6 months without touching it?
I would say that's definitely a good amount of time to wait. The point is to see your full potential before shaping it.
Great video do you only apply the Beard butter in the mornings or at night? And how long of growth is this in the video?
@bubbamalone6063 thanks! I only apply beard butter after I shower. It does a good job of staying in my beard all day. It's hard to say on the length of growth since I've had a beard for many years. I have a bad habit of trimming the length when it starts getting in the ways, like getting caught in zippers. I'm trying my best to not trim it. I haven't trimmed in in about 6 months.
@@ftwbeard1730 ok so I'm growing mine at the moment but I do have patchy areas any advice on growth in those areas I'm thinking about trimming to make it even...
@bubbamalone6063 often times the patchy areas will fill in over time. When I first started growing I had patches but now I have hair halfway up my cheeks. I still notice new growth on my cheeks since I stopped shaving in a line.
This is how you make a video. Thanks brother.
2015 4Runner in rust belt here. The entire trunk window assembly is rusted completely through. Surprised the rear window hasn't just collapsed into the door. Can't use trunk back window anymore. As mentioned that rear trunk area always stays wet and pulls in road debris when driving. Rear brake lines completely rusted and burst causing a complete failure of the braking system. Have to drop the fuel tank to change them due to how they're routed. Spare tire ridiculously rusted. Power steering line rusted out and leaking. Rear trunk lock, I'm on my 3rd one. They keep rusting out and failing. Great vehicle but there should be recalls from Toyota to have this vehicle spray coated. If you own one do yourself a big favour and spray coat it with rust protection every year, especially inside the trunk back door. Incredible Toyota has been making the same 5th gen truck for so long and have not addressed these issues. I guess they want you to just buy another one.
Love it! right to the point, no BS speeches ! What the make and model of the suppressor youre using again?
@@wbathrick thanks! Running a dead air wolfman...its a great versatile suppressor.
Warning truth ahead... It may offend "Skin-skinned" individuals... Most men (More than 90%) can grow a beard... They tend to be grown by "Chrome domes" Your "Upside down" head is been giggled at behind your back... I just wanted to let you know.
Did you have to remove the handguard? I wish the tutorial actually recorded the process.
I wish you would of shown the entire process since you said it was so easy. Ive done what you said and the shroud of faux suppressor unthreaded from itself. Front piece with holes in it does will not budge
