Did you replace the gasket? If so check to see if the gasket has any rips in it, that will definitely cause the leaking

Check your gasket, it should have come with a new gasket

That’s possible, I never encountered that issue but it may be possible if the gasket is bad

The inside was prepped as well so I recommend prepping both sides if possible
