This is similar to the runaway i had, I was playing the Cajon pass route and reached the summit and i hit tue dynamic, but i sped up, Then i throwed my train into emergency but it did nothing and i ran a red light and yea, And one time i was playing the route “Slip n Slide” with a BNSF SD40-2 and when i stopped i tried to roll forward and i slid downhill and hit the emergency and it did nothing
