For the literal best crunch on a grilled sandwich you have ever had: spread a thin thin scraping of mayonnaise (same amount as marmite on toast) on the outside of the bread and grill in salted butter. Fix the rest how you like, but the mayo (made of egg yolks and oil) are the perfect blend of fats and proteins to create a delicate shell-like crisp of the bread and lock in the butter flavor. This trick works on all types of breads.

I’m just gonna say I thought ketchup was made with tomato? And mayonnaise with egg and other stuff? And BBQ with whatever they throw in there But nah you’ve blatently caled it “onion gravy KETCHUP” You couldn’t of just you know… made up your own unique NEW sauce name or could have called it “onion gravy SAUCE” but noooo you had to use ketchup and ruin it all.
