Hey, there are quite a few things there: - The Innervate its a WeakAura. I made it myself, and it shouts "Innervate" at me everytime its off CD and I have less than 80% mana. - The ones for Tranq and Incarn, are a combination of an Addon, a WA, and a cooldown sheet that officers create. The addon is Method Raid Tools, and the WA is "Kaze MRT/ERT Timers Notifications." In short, the sheet assigns specific cooldowns, to specific people, at a specific timer. The addon then makes the shees available in game, and the WA reads the sheet to create a notification for the appropriate player at the precise time.
