Thank you for sharing this information. I bought all three sizes of Sew Kind of Wonderful and I am ready to start making the Christmas Tree in the next few weeks. I am really excited to start playing with rulers.

I just opened my QCR Mini with intention of following this tutorial. Mine doesn’t have those two dashed lines you point out. Is there somewhere that tells me more?

Hi, Jenny! How did you make the metro hoops with the 4 patch in the middle hanging on the wall behind you? I love that design. Thank you for this tutorial too!

Just got my QCR Mini yesterday and I'm a bit confused about the 1/8" you spoke about. Would you mind elaborating on this? Thank you!

Hi! Help! Im so stuck with the large QCR. I’m cutting a curve on the diamond of a 6.5” square. Im supposed to mark 1/4 down from corners & cut using those marks but my arch comes out wonky & keeps ending up at 6” instead of 6.25”. Ugh!

I'm confused about the 1/8" measurement. Is the block actually squared up to 4 1/4" since you leave an 1/8" on each side???

Thank you for the great tutorial about curves and the quick curves ruler. It's so refreshing to learn a technique that is not your typical straight/angled cut.

Great Video! Question - I'm new to quilting - still learning! Can you square this up to be any size you want - for example - can you square it up to be 7" x 4"? Or do they always have to be squared up at 8" x 4"? Thank you :)

After piercing and slicing a block on the table under the actual one needing unstitching, by putting the pointy end into the seam to be "unstitched", I quickly learned the red ball was a brilliant component of a seam ripper.

GREAT demo, Jenny! The first time I went to your Sew Kind of Wonderful site, I didn't see what size of quilt each pattern was. After going there the second time, I DID see the size - on the lower left side of the cover picture of each pattern (after I enlarged the photo). Ha! My older (and impatient) eyes want everything in jumbo print. :-) Filming from over your shoulder with the excellent film quality and long-enough close-ups clearly make this a professionally-made video for me. Whoo Hoo!
