Pro Debut Prep???
I’ve gone back and forth about sharing, not sharing, hinting, sneaking, bleh bleh bleh.
End of the day I decided I’m going to share this and we’ll see how things go the rested the way.
I’ve never done a Prep Vlog before. And have no intention of daily training videos etc.
but this is my PRO DEBUT prep and I want to have some documentation- if not for the masses for myself.
In the meantime- thought a PRE-Prep vid may be helpful to some. Whether you’ve prepped before or it’s your first time, setting yourself up for SUCCESS helps so much. I don’t believe in flipping a switch. I’ve been pretty structured in this offseason for the last 3 years. So the things I’m doing to get ready may not be as aggressive as what someone else may need to do.

We checked out 290 Wine castle in Johnson City, TX!!! A little drive for us but something I’ve been wanting to checkout for a while now!! And boy did they not disappoint!
