Turn over, start, spin over, crank... What to y'all call it when the engine rotates on the starter or by hand but the engine doesn't start/run? I don't know. It's one of the great mysteries of the universe.

This was way harder than it should have been. Or maybe it was the heat. Anyway, if anybody has any pointers on how to better test this starter or what will interchange, let me know in the comments. #nutrightintheface

Just tried this cleaning method on my ‘07 f-150 and I would not recommend, lots of scuffs and scratches now
It's probably too aggressive a method for Fords. Maybe try LaCroix and Skin So Soft next time.

We always jumped a bad solenoid with a insulated screwdriver- until we could get a new one.
