I felt this exact same problem yesterday. Was playing cell so I cam get him to catch up my main raider in levels. When I started I was jumped by the most toxic lobby with multiple stuns & could even played the game at all, even I was at my larva state.

Imagine these where the last defenders of F.Trunks timeline that had to face Goku Black & this fight happened in Super b4 Trunks resorted to travel back in time again to gather some help.

This gives me NAT type 3 on PS5 making it impossible to actually get a match. Not sure how to fix that. Using express VPN and Windows 10 btw.
