Hot-End never manage to reach more than 239°C. I had the same issue, no vol control on dvd, but nav, phone, fm, am still working. I tried switching mp3cd, CD, DVD discs to no avail. I removed the main screen head unit, checked all the plugs (even though the small 8 pin blue is the arc to the amp) removed all plugs and pushed back in one at a time, still no vol control. As a last resort, in the boot/trunk on the right side of the spare wheel well is the M.Levinson DD amp/decoder, I removed all plugs and reconnected them again one at a time... Instant resolve!! I suggest disconnecting and reconnecting the amp in the boot/trunk plugs first as this is by far the easiest option.

@@sunlec no problem, the only thing I didn't mention (because I didn't do it) but I would recommend: if you have any contact cleaner, brake and clutch cleaner or ptfe grease, spray some on the plugs when you pull them out.

After owning my st2 for about a week, im 90% sure it has lost pull in boost, im being told it's because "ive gotten used to it" but that's not it.. i think maybe the boost engages much later in the rpm then before, when i floor 3rd, sometimes it boost up quarter of the gauge sometimes half.. very inconsistent
Hey Ian. Do you have a means to have the boost line tested for leaks? My issue actually ended up being a faulty spark plug so it was not OFH or leak related...
@@sunlec well I've just booked a diagnostic check for £25. Would boost leak show up on that? I wish i was more mechanical minded man
Hi Ian. I am sure that the diagnostic test will be done via the computer and only issues like faulty sensors etc. A boost test should get done by pressurising the boost line and monitor whether the pressure drops over a period of time. The dealers should have these tools in the workshop. I have made my own back then.

Mine ended up sorting itself out. And since then I have not used the CD player part of it much to confirm that it has been working flawlessly. I accidentally pressed the CD button the other day and the CD that was still inside started playing without issues. I am only using the AUX with my iPhone when playing music.
Ok, went to check again. Audio CD's are currently doing this but MP3 CD's working fine.

The brand I have (Iwisa) says you need to cook this for 40 minutes. How come you only cook it for around 7 minutes?

Mine boosts above 1/4 when flat out and then to 3/4 and quickly sit just above 1/2 over 3800-4000 RPM. Is it normal, or i need to concern?

Hi Shana, this is much finer than grits. It will probably taste the same, but with this being the main ingredient, even the slightest difference in texture will end up making a major difference in the taste 'experience'.

Keith Harris Hey Keith. That sounds normal. That also the reason why you should not floor it while cold. The "thick" (cold) oil may damage the diaphragm in the OFH. Mine stayed at high pressure even when warmed up.

It ended up being the Oil Filter Housing Keith. Replaced it and it was back to normal.

The problem is that your ML sound system is stuck on a certain media format, mine was only playing Mp3.Solution: Select DVD/CD, and immediately raise the volume high to about 40. Press AUDIO button once every 3 seconds or so until you hear the audio. Mine was doing exactly that and it is now sorted. Finally I can enjoy my ML sound system again.

Hey Brighton43! Yellow and White maize meal is very much the same. The only thing you should look for when buying is if it is a super or a special maize meal. Your super maize meal should be much courser and the fat content will be much lower (cooks faster) than the special. It will also be the more expensive one. I would guess that you were cooking the special maize meal? The fines inside the product will probably result in a sticky result. Otherwise you can try adding a little less water.
Thanks for showing us this, the packs I buy ain't got any instuctions on so wasn't sure how too.Very easy and simple. I tried to do the same with yellow maize meal last night but it came out very very sticky/gloopy and lumpy. Are the 2 (white and yellow) maize meal the same product and would I cook them the same as you have in this video.
