Hello @BrandWorksApp, We've set up a channel where, once an order is confirmed on the website, a trigger sends a notification to the logged-in salesperson, informing them of the received order. Additionally, notifications will only appear for the configured salesperson after the payment is made. Email notifications can also be sent if required; that seems to be the default setting, which can be configured by the sales team.
