This FFS production line was designed to be only 11.3 meters in height. The output will obviously be affected, as it cannot have sufficient cooling time. In addition, the film travel from forming, to the nip rolls, is less than 30 seconds. It is therefore difficult to cool the film from 180 degrees Celsius to ambient temperature in an extremely short time and still preserve its film properties....

    You have serious cooling issues if your tower is that high for an FFS line. Go back to the engineer table and figure it out. I could do 1000 kg/hr with a tower that high. Get bold and make a real machine!
