Shoulder workout -#fitness #motivation #workout
Here’s a shoulder workout targeting all three heads of the deltoid (front, lateral, and rear) for balanced development:
1. Overhead Press (Barbell)
• Sets: 4
• Reps: 6-8
2. Lateral Raises
• Sets: 4
• Reps: 12-15
3. Dumbbell press
• Sets: 3
• Reps: 10-12
6. Cable Face Pulls
• Sets: 3
• Reps: 12-15
7. Barbell shrugs
• Sets: 3
• Reps: 8-10
Cool Down:
• Stretching for shoulders and upper back to maintain flexibility and reduce soreness.
Tips:
• Maintain good form, especially on lateral raises and rear delt exercises, to avoid injury.
• Use a weight that allows you to maintain proper technique but still challenges you by the last rep of each set.
• If you’re training shoulders more frequently, you can reduce the volume or frequency to avoid overtraining.
