Man I remember when I watched this anime 2 years ago . I got depressed for 4 days . This was the first anime I watched so deeply and tried to understand everything. And the fact that this anime represents the humans so well is just crazy because you never know there could be a future where we would live like that . This anime wasn't just About the pink girl and our main character. This anime was about us about emotions about what it means to be a human . I was quite sad to know that so many People just hate this anime because of the first few episodes and the ending. The ending in my opinion was alright. But the hate is forced

The plot hole was so Massive i don't know if we were in the writers room or in space

I just finished this a couple of days ago and I absolutely loved it! The relationship between Zero Two and Hiro made me think of my gf and I, she passed away 11 months ago. When they made the promise of when they died they would find each other in another life and as it ended the kids look like Hiro and Zero Two. It sounds silly, but that ending really made me believe in reincarnation and gave me the hope I can find my darling again. If you're a beginner or been a anime fan and need something to watch I'd highly recommend Darling in the Franxx. I wish they had kept this show going and ended on the note it did at least not in 24 episodes.

I think DitF is a masterpiece before the last episodes. It feels like all the storylines between the characters are closed and that's it. Right before you watch the last ones and literally go 'what the fuck was that'. However, it's just... looks like two separate animes. The first one about true love, finding the person that you are willing to do anything for. And the other about fucking robots. I watched this anime twice, first time when it came out and the second time a few months ago and it always broke me into tears. Every time it showed me something new and I believe that if the directors took a simpler, more romantic and just logical way to end the series then it could've been the best. Besides, all these plot twists at the end made me think that they were created just to end the anime. Hiro and 02 did NOT deserve to die like that. They sacrificed so much that killing them because of what? VIRM? Are you serious? They earned a chance to live a happy life with others. MOREOVER, making them reincarnate is even more hilarious. I understand that Hiro and 02 love each other so much etc. But if they wanted to end the anime without the continuation, why give the viewers hope for it? People really liked how manga ended with both of them being ALIVE. All these last episodes just feel like the authors were rushing to just end the anime for whatever reason. With all that being said, 'The most spectacular failure of all time' is the best way to describe it.

HOW COULD I FORGET MY FIRST ANIME. I heard most people say that Darling tin the Franxx is not a good choice for starters but it took me through so many things, feelings, and love for a certain pink hair dinosaur girl. For me It's the best and no matter what people say which is better. I like Darling in the Franxx and I will still be waiting for season 2. I'll wait for it until my last breath.

It took over for Zero 2, seriously her image alone made people go "who's that girl" uwu

Man I'm glad i found my way to this video. Darling... is one of my favorite anime...ever. I also had a hard time with the simulated sex situations / positions as I watched this as an adult but I'm glad that I continued watching this excellent human drama. (edit.. and oh yea. the music was awesome)

Is funny to see people complain about the parts they did not like just because it got to complex. I did like it the way they did it, and just because everything did not go the way I expected it does not mean I did not like it, like others did :p I did not only like their main history but the history behind and why they were created, so probably why I do not care that the main story got break a part. Since it was evident, they will not let them have a family and has children, because they were only use as objects that they were planning to eliminate them after they finish their mission, so yeah that part of the story was for sure going to end badly one way or another.

I honestly had Darling in the Franxx in my watchlist for years but never got past the second episode in my previous starts of the series until this year and I must say. Even as a first binge watch recently it will forever be one of my favorite anime's of all time. I guess I just have a thing for darker themed anime's but it was also just a perfect blend of wholesomeness and had a philosophical theme about what it means to be human, what it means to experience emotions, and to find love, etc. Where we also get to see what the absence of embracing those key points of humanity and compassion can lead to in a sci-fi extreme way.

Theres something special and different to Franxx. I love it

This video got me into Darling in the Franxx. I've always kind of known it, but never watched it. Now, thanks to you. I did. And man.. It's both beautiful. And a rollercoaster ride in the end. Thank you for an amazing experience. And giving me the thought of "Hey, I should actually look at this. And then continue on with this video once I'm done."

Tbh when I started to watch this show (last week) I thought it was like evangelion + promised neverland but with weird sex connotations, but as the story continued it turned out to be great (although I think the space part was a bit unnecessary), I love stories that really end, with no possibilities for a season 2 or anything Yeah, I may have watched too many 12 episode romance anime made to sell the manga

100% not a bad anime, I just think it needed a few more episodes to flesh out some of the topics. But honestly I thought it was great until like the last episode 😂 I do think the ending kinda flopped like they didn’t know how to wrap the story up

This was a really good video essay. I think that it just kinda sucks there was no spoiler warning in the beginning of the video. I felt like I kept getting spoiled the longer I watched. So there was no point of a spoiler warning at the end. However, this was a good analysis and makes me want to watch the anime now.
