first time driver.. I'm afraid to drive to kahului on this road got any tips?
The last thing i get from walnut grove is a small town feeling.
Great tour!
What is the route?
maps.app.goo.gl/RiHT2p6r2sqwjbQs6 Here is the link to the route we took. It goes from Hi-380 to Hi-30 S, which will turn into Hi-3000. We then took a left on Hokiokio Pl. During the day, you can see Lanai (the other Hawaiian island) from the road. I'm not sure which roads have been closed since the fires.
Native Sacramentan here. Thanks for the tour, but I think the best way to enjoy our city is to spend a spring or fall day walking or biking on our bike trails, then spend the evening at a restaurant with a local band playing.
We used to take the road out of Fairbanks going toward Circle.....until the pavement gave out! 😁 we would get out & sit on the hood of the car & just listen to the silence.....it was an amazing time!
For first time driver Going to tahoe on hwy 50 from Sacramento safe to drive ?
Any steep down hill roads to tahoe?
How you grade level of difficulty Sacramento to lake tahoe hwy 50?
this was really helpful. thank you
So glad i left. 😂
We are too!
Northern cities in Alaska looks much less abandoned than the same longitude cities in northern Russia
Static car ppl wya🙋🏽♂️
When I go to Universal Studios Hollywood, I’m probably going to take the Woody Woodpecker parking, cause I’d say it’s easier to get in the park. And also, I’m a fan of that cartoon
Le quedan 3 años a san francisco para ser devastado
Born and raised in Sacramento, live in SoCal now. Great stuff. Thanks for the tour!
fun fact did u know anchorage is the capital of fairbanks
I did it in 6 hours on a little girls' bicycle from Walmart. I hitchhike, rode the back of mountain lions, and ate whale meat. I stopped to drink from a fountain of flowers and slept amongst the mosquitoes. I got there in time to catch a ✈️ flye back to Utah. I was tired when I got back home. I slept for 36 hours straight. I was hungry when I woke up
Apple valley is the chode of Southern California. Not a whole lot to do in this place, but tweekers will keep you entertained!
Greetings from Ocean City, Maryland! We have the opposite sign on Rt50 that says "Sacramento 3073 miles". I hope to visit CA someday. 😊
I used to work in Gaithersburg--at least my office was there, since I only actually worked out of the office eight weeks a year, on the road (by air) for them the rest of the year, visiting my folks in California or my home in Phoenix when I was not on the road. I stayed at the Holiday Inn near a small indoor mall in Gaithersburg--saw The Fugitive in that mall and "Forrest Gump" at a nearby outdoor mall where my colleagues and I listened to Reggae on weekends, and where I later stayed in '08 on another business trip. I loved Maryland--after Arizona, California and Nevada, I spent more time there than any other US state except Illinois. I found it cool there that US 50 ended there, and of the three DC airports, Baltimore was always my favorite, Dulles my second, and National a distant third. I loved the city of Baltimore, and also loved visiting the DC mall every weekend while I visited our Maryland office. Maryland and Virginia are my favorite East Coast states, with Connecticut where I have family a third. I worked in Roanoke for a two month contract in '14 but did not have enough time to see my several friends in Maryland, some of whom I've known for 30 years now. Two have since moved to Arizona---they complained too much about "The Snow Days" in DC and Maryland. You are blessed--you live in a great state with the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of working with and knowing, a place I owe my marriage to and the blessing of my daughter, since I worked out of Gaithersburg when I met my wife in '94, then moving her to Phoenix.
Kinda looks like that place in GTA 5
It is
@@MarieLovely143 Oic thx
great quality content for parking 🎉
WOW HOW BEAUTIFUL NO HOMELESS'S !!!!!!!!!!!
You can't show other people's licenses plates, dummy :l
This place reminded me of Fresno and depressed the hell out of me on a drive thru. Looks like a big strip mall with jack shit to do.
Maybe that Brightline high speed rail they're building from LA county to Vegas will change that. One of the stops is going to be in Apple Valley, so people who want to work on either end and commute will start wanting to move there. So business might start coming out there to attract people.
I live 1 hour away from universal studios Hollywood 😭😭😭
Same 1 hr and 49 min😭😭😭
Beats my 5 1/2 hours😂😂
My Home 🥰
I Love South Lake Tahoe, Carson City, And Reno.
Perfect video for me, tryna pick a route from SJ to SAC, this definitely wins over 101/680/5!
I love Alaska ❤❤❤❤
The greatest city, in the greatest state, in the greatest country, in the history of the planet. 🗽🇺🇸
Ok pal, the Us is not the best country not even top 10
I want to ask, do we pay at the first gate at Universal Studio car park? 50$ for all day? Thank you
Yes you pay at the gate (in the video it’s at 4:19). I know prices change over time let us know if they are different have fun at Universal!
What’s is there to do in apple valley My husband wants to Move there
Your Husband can become a consumer of the purest meth the desert has to offer and you can accompany him to a late night cross burning everytime a minority family moves into town!!!
Off roading mostly. Also big bear is not too far it's a town in the mountains with a lake.
Great place to raise a family , slower pace of life and usually big homes with big lots for either live stock or storing a boat or RV
Thank you for making this video
How does VIP Parking work?
From an East Coaster I loved the trip you guys made as northern California is gorgeous and I thank you for allowing me to see it. This drive was Beyond Beautiful!!! Very well done!

I first lived in AK in 97. I made it into 98 before my job took me elsewhere. I miss the city and the friends I made way back then. It was a magical place to be for someone that loves the outdoors. God bless AK and Anchorage and all that live there. And thank you for many of the very best memories of my life.
It's like a racing game.^^
