Nice Scag mower

Dog shit mower. Big for nothing. Cumbersome and if you want the swivel wheels you have to pay an additional 350-400$. For the price point, just not worth it. Buy a smaller zero turn, save your money. I truly can’t understand why this mower exists. You want a push mower, the sfc21 is better but still wayyy to expensive. Go to Lowe’s or Home Depot if you want a push mower. And if you have that much grass, zero turn. Got mine for free and still have nothing nice to say about it. It bogged out in 8” grass. I mean come on.

Where to buy the scag

are all these tools yours?.

I own one. It's a heavy ass POS! But I paid $2000 for it so I'm stuck with it. You know its bad when Scag discontinued this mower entirely.

Are you still using it? If so what are your thoughts on it now?

The discharge shoot ,you need to bend the metal tab down , it got bent , why it’s a loser fit

I really like your technique with attacking overgrown yards! That's exactly how we do it at work (I work for a municipality). I found you through researching the Scag SFC 30" to purchase at work. Your videos (I've watched a few) have convinced me that the Scag 30" (of course swivel casters are a must) is the way to go. Thank you! I subbed after seeing this one! Quick question...What brand and where did you get the accessory bar for your Stihl trimmer? I'm interested in that, too. We use Stihl trimmers and just bought a battery version to add to our gas trimmers. The guys seem to like it. Thanks again!

I would not install the side discharge chute. I side discharge all my lawns and need to get close to things so no chute.

question, what is the max height this mower will cut? I need 4.5 inches.

Did something similar with my Time Master. Although I swear it did a better job cutting. Maybe your blade is bit dull or going to fast. But either way, the end result is what counts and it was very satisfying to see the transformation.

No music would be better so we can hear the tools at work…great job tho!!!

i really scag products but have no use for a mower that scall. have a 36" swz that i never use. found a nice used one for 2500.00 an bought it because i didnt have one that size. my 52" v ride is the smallest i use. 61" cheetah an 61" turftiger gets used the most.

I've got the same model but only have the chainsaw attachment. Had a 50 foot pine tree come down with a very bad storm and it was fantastic with dealing with that. Used it way more than my petrol stihl chainsaw during the task. Great tool. Think I need to get the hedge trimmer attachment.

When I use the bagger on mine I get so much blow back that I end up wearing half of my grass clippings it seems.

Hey man, appreciate the videos! I use 2x6 for load and unload as well, may get some 2x8s but just starting. I got the exmark 30x - had about 2wks so far and.. thinking about selling and getting this. the swivel wheels look to help a lot maneuvering. I sweear that exmark is so heavy. ***update maybe not.. jesus, this thing weighs 230 pounds. dear lord. lol

I'm looking at one with 16 hours on it for $1900.00 right now.

Are the wheels powered by a motor?

I like the sound the Scag mower was making as it was mowing the grass. Sounded like a commercial lawn vacuum cleaner.
