Nobody interested television during the digital transition almost everyone are using the internet daily instead of a few hours!!!

I still think it's stupid that they got rid of analogue cable and tv because that was history and I was born in 2003 and my childhood was the tube tv our analogue cable ended in 2016 when time warner switch to spectrum but I remember watch TV on the tube tv it was fun the sad thing is I never got to use the vcr for record and it would've been helpful for if I missed a show if I was in school but I know how to use a vcr to record now but analogue tv will always be better in my opinion

Bring back analog TV.

It's sad really. I was born one year before the switchover (2008), I'd never got a chance to even get analog TV, because I grew up with cable (like most kids) but still, seeing all of these go away, and 15 years later is very saddening. Low power analog continues to stay alive until July 2021, I'd did research that there was a low power Azteca America station in Atlanta, channel 4 - but that got shut down. Again pretty sad to see something that I had never experienced on television, let alone analog shutting down...

Liitle fun fact: over in time square the minute analog TV was about to be signed off for ever Toshiba being the owner of the time square billboards and countdown sponsor a countdown with the time square ball started, once the countdown hit 0 the Toshiba billboard said "WELCOME TO THE DIGITAL ERA" in Spanish. Kinda cool
