Pika Patrol Community Science Trip Leader Training: Trip Planning & Safety
Welcome to the trip planning and safety component of the Pika Patrol Community Science Trip Leader Training. This video will share tips for planning trips to observe pikas using the Pika Patrol App, including information on when and where to go to find pikas, a summary of key safety considerations, information on what to consider when choosing a location, advice on group size, and advice on how to make sure pikas aren’t disturbed or harmed by your presence.
