Daddy daughter time exploring Kentucky
Exploring a new to me area trying to find native american artifacts. Found a cool older bottle and some glass Mason jar lids! More importantly we had fun together hiking around western Kentucky.

@C.M.R.Artifacts-qu1ey thanks! Lots of people saying it's just a preform, a few saying possible adena blade. I think it's too pretty to be just a preform.
Calling it a preform isn't detracting from the age or your find. The flaking indicates it's probably Paleo and is ready to be sharpened fluted then ground for fitting on a spear. One can only speculate as to what it's maker intended. From my perspective it was probably the beginning of a big Clovis point. Fluting caused many preforms to break so the fact it's still intact is a positive.
