My 1972 camaro project
Quick little video of my 1972 camaro. I have always wanted a split bumper camaro but, they had always seemed to get away. I finally was able to purchase one but with assembly required as you will see in the video. More videos to come.

The 94-96 Impala SS. What's the difference?
Переглядів 13 тис.2 роки тому
Decided to make a quick video to help identify a true Impala SS and the difference between the 94-96 Impala. Hopefully this serves as some sort of buyers guide and what to look for when in the market for an Impala SS.

C4 corvette carbon fiber
Переглядів 4882 роки тому
I decided to give the interior on my 1984 c4 corvette a little update with some carbon fiber wrap. The old wrap was over 15 years old. I ended up buying my roll of 2 x5 on ebay with some left over.

460 Big Block with T5 in my 1969 cougar
Переглядів 4,2 тис.3 роки тому
I purchased this 1969 Mercury cougar from an elderly lady who had it sitting since 1991. When I noticed how complete the car was and that it was last on the road on 1991, the year i was born i knew i had to have it. I was originally going to do an LS Swap but when I came across a good deal on a big block 460 with manual 5 speed I had to do it. In this video i will go over what I had to do to ma...
DIY Carport shade garage canopy
Переглядів 1,1 тис.3 роки тому
In this video I will show you how I made a DIY carport using material from Harbor Freight for under $50.00 keep in mind the cost does not include the 4x6 wood post that could add an additional $10 -$15 for post. I did this to protect my classic cars but, this project can apply to anything that you want provide shade to. It all just depends on the size of your particular tarp.I live in Phoenix A...

See you made this video right after the pandemic hit. Was thinking about getting a "Little Red Co-Vette" before then from an `84-`89. Hate airbag steering wheels so that`s why no `90-`96. Love the C4 body style and peppy engines. The crossfire injection did not deter me from avoiding an `84. That was some good info you shared. Who wants to take off the manifold to change injectors on a TPI. I guess crossfire is considered TBI. Back in the mid 80s I was a mechanic at the Chevrolet dealership and worked on an `84 then test drove it. Think I adjusted the TPS or something then took it on the interstate and punched it and it roared like a lion.
i used to have an 84 vette, the crossfire was a cool engine
Bad ass you popped back up I watched your video with Eric on interviewing your Chevelle I got with him he is supposed to come see my 70 Chevelle when he flys to Houston
Nice Chevelle by the way what have you don’t to it since your interview on it ?
You made it look easy. I'm going to try to do myself.
Thank you
Obligements. Just about to start that process on my '59 Apache.
just came across this video, great work fitting that BB in there, thats a tight fit. My first car was a 1968 cougar with a 302 and C4, i loved that car and have always regretted selling it
Thanks Man this really helped 👍🏾💯
Yeah man most of these young cats would even know what the 460 was they wouldn't think twice
I'd like to see your big block/T-5 details. Is the t5 holding up okay? What's your clutch setup? I have a '70 Torino that I'm putting a t5 into
I had a '71 for my first car , that's my favorite year
Only the 1995 impala ss came with the original digital dash
And the 1994.
What rims are those ?
18" Boss 338s
Luxury cop cars! thats why they made these! for those that wanted police car performance with caddy luxury!
THE 1996 CHEVROLET IMPALA SS IS MY DREAM CAR I LOVE THAT CAR I WILL BE HAPPY WHEN I FINELY FINE ONE
69 cougar
Car drinks so much fuel
Not bad at all.
I am going to paint my car electric blue and do the valve covers blue and the Crossfire housing I am going to do trim black I ordered all blue vacuum lines though. I am going to trim black everything radiator housing under the hood Probably POR all the Metal Pipes and the break cylinder also in Por taking my motor apart this weekend to put all new gaskets and seals.
94 all day! 6,303. The 96 bandwagon team. If the 94 did not sell well! Their would be no 95 or 96.
Faccs!👍🏽
Do you have room for taller tires and what air pressure are you running and do you have a open or locker
Yes, I can run wider/taller tires but I'm pretty sure that the trans is going to blow up if it hooks up with a stickier tire. I rather break the tires loose before I break the trans. I'm running a limited slip 8.8 with 3.73s.
@@gsanche33 is this going to be a street car then, also what did you run at the strip . Sorry for all the questions I'm just curious I did a 460 build in the late 80s was supposed to go in a 66 Fairlane but after sitting for a bit it ended up in a 1970 short bed 4x4 half ton ford with a 4 spreed ,had to change the cam for a smaller lift but man was it a runner after thrashing the crap out of that truck I put it in a 1973 full size 3/4 two wheel drive ford did a gear change (411s) with a Detroit locker, that truck had a C6 AT anyway cool build
Are you running stock heads and cam, also is this mostly going to run on the street or is it going to be more for the strip just curious
It definitely has some work done to it but not exactly sure what all was done. I pulled the engine and T5 trans from a wrecked f100. From what i can tell it definitely has big cam, aftermarket rocker arms, springs, and push rods. I put it together as a street sleeper car.
Did your hood struts stop working after installing the aftermarket hood? Mine pop off whenever I close the hood.
My fiberglass hood is heavier than the stock metal hood for reason. My stock shocks went out a month after installing the hood. I bought some new ones and it's been good since.
Basically doing the same thing to a 67 xr7 cougar. In the process of getting headers from crites. Do u know of any exhaust manifold that will work with this?
Never understand why idiots build a 460 two bolt main when a 4 bolt main 429s are all over the place???? 460 boat motor when you can have a 429 RACE engine??? Idiots just amaze me.
A 429 would be bad ass!!! 365hp and 500Tq is good enough out of this 460 for now.
Why would you say idiots build 460 with 2 bolt mains. I had a 460 with 2 bolt mains it held up just fine, and with the set up I had I could spin it up to 6500 RPM. The nice thing about the 460 with the right bottom end factory parts and a little DYI head work you can make very good horse power. It he really thinks he needs 4 bolt main Milodon makes a 4 bolt cap kit you could get to add 4 bolt caps to his block but in my experience would not be needed
Thanks for the video, lol I made same mistake and dropped the bolt inside the door. Luckily I got no speakers and was able to fish it out through speaker hole
160 degree stat
I have a 94 buick roadmaster and it has the lt1 motor
I have a 96 41700 of 41934 and the 94 is worth the most being that there’s only 6303 made in 94 due to ROH having an aluminum shortage and weren’t able to supply the wheels for the impala SS
96 is the most desirable
@@husslethagreat9118 true sh1t
@@shawn112680 got the 96 dcm 88k wouldn’t trade her for nothing
I agree, cant count the number of times people try and low ball me for my 94ss. (and the car is not for sale) Only 6303 made, I say then go find a 96. LOL
@@MARIOCARRILLO13 all 3 are great car's it's the floor shifter that's the difference for most people
Someone told me that real impala have a P in the middle of the vin #.. idk how true that is there’s one in mine along with the wx3.. I have 96.
yes that true..
My 96 has it
Can you provide a link and or more information on the nitrous?
It's a wet kit, part #5125. Not sure if they still produce it or not. johnrwoodiii.tripod.com/johnscrossfirecorvetteworld/id1.html

Cool story bro!
i doubt the Edelbrock carb will be enough for it if it has a cam in it
You're right. I just picked up a Holley Double Pumper.
@@gsanche33 850 WORKS GOOD ON 460 S
351 Windsor is just as good as a ls ill take that 69 4 v off you any time
Awesome. Brother only an idiot puts a chevy motor in a Ford. Ford engines are ten times better than any chevy. You should of left that windsor in it. Windsors are all LS killers.
Sounds great
Thank you.
Great looking car. Lots of good info here, great video!
I have a 1973 camaro also
Well done! 700 pounds of power and reliability is a great thing, love the big block. Maybe you should wall up that clutch bracket!
That's a good idea, thanks. I'll probably work on that this weekend.
@@gsanche33 Great video, get a pic of that cat on the street. ~1970 thunderbird 429~
Sprayed the every inch of motor in Ford blue - what a mad lad. 😂
Hahaha I know 🤣
Aye bro you got more videos?
Working on some more c4 content now. Thanks
@@gsanche33 bet
Nice ride!!! I have an 84 myself. Are you looking to keep the NOS setup or would you be willing to sell it?
That corvette is killer!, I can’t find any Boyd coddington wheels like that in the internet
Thanks. Yeah, I picked them up at a automotive swap meet. I would try searching for 'boyds 5 spoke' or 'boyd star'
Appreciate it. I'm needed to do something like that too. Cheap and shade. Thanks man.
What wheels are those?
Boyd Coddington Wheels. Not sure of the exact model.
Aloha from Hawaii! Wow! Amazing work! God bless!
Thank you🙏🤙
