Yes I'm very sensitive causes my migraines nausea the whole thing suffered for most my life I also get phantom smells before migraines 😢

I have always been allergic to cleaning stuff and air fresheners. As a kid, i would come home from school, and I would turn into a nasty little devil.I knew something was amiss, as I would be happy to get home, but as soon as I opened the door I just turned. My stay at home mum would clean and wipe the kitchen from top to bottom the mop the stone tiled floor with bleach every day. When she had finished wiping the tops with plain old bleach, she would add add a spoon of washing powder in it to wash the floor. It was this concoction of chemicals and scent that sent my brain into anger mode. I get this even 60 odd years later, with any chemical scent. I've always said the rise in road rage is caused by those horrible car deodorizers.

There are a lot of people who don't realize that the headache they got was because of being near someone who was wearing perfume or using scented laundry detergent or any other scent they came across during the day and then ended up with a headache.

Like you, I have the same problem with scents. Glad I'm not the only one. Thanks for sharing.

Beautiful southwest desert! We have prickly pear here in Sicily. I hear you, Peg because there are certain types of videos that require a lot more time and work involved. What a great recipe ~ so glad you were confident with those substitutions because I wouldn't have been. Now you've spurred me on to be more adventurous when substituting ingredients.
